This home has direct access to trails just two blocks away which is great for both summer hiking and winter sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and backcountry access. Lake access is just 4 blocks down the hill. You are also close to all ski resorts, as Northstar and Palisades Tahoe are only 11 miles away. Tahoe Cross Country is only 5 minutes away. You may choose to head down and grab a breakfast at the Old Post Office Cafe, or head into Tahoe City just 7 minutes away for many other breakfast and dining options.
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Parking is available for 4 cars total. Two in the driveway and two in the garage. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Plow service in winter months allow for easy driveway access to driveway and 2 car garage. The garage has a high clearance and most Sprinters clear the entrance. Also available in the garage is the 220v EV outlet for your electric car needs.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
