A newly renovated open concept house w/ a separate lounge attached.
This home offers a complete private oasis.
Enjoy luxury designer finishes and amenities. Sleek & gourmet kitchen w/dining area seats 4 and joins the outside oasis by simply walking out the glass patio door. Spacious great room with smart flat screen tv and a built-in fireplace. Custom tile surround in kitchen and upscale bathrooms. The large bedrooms with luxury mattresses, fine linens, Smart TVs and a built-in desk in the primary bedroom! Tile flooring throughout! The lounge is fully equipped with a 70-inch fireplace, a 75-inch smart TV, a bar, bar height table and chairs, sofas, LED full length mirrors, and appliances. The backyard oasis includes two large decks, a conversion sitting area, a fire pit with a hammock and hammock chairs, a putting green, bike rental, coffee sitting area, and mics outdoor games. The entire property is fenced in offering total privacy!
This luxury home is tucked away in its own world minutes to Uptown Charlotte, Camp NorthEnd, Resturants, The Music Factory, Sports Stadiums, Breweries, and Charlotte’s best hit spots!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

Guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions upon arrival.
Access code will be provided for self-check-in.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out can be arranged in advance for an hourly rate of $30.

Booking is for the house and outdoor oasis.
Lounge available during your stay for a flat fee of $150

Emily and her guest arrived at the property and spent time both outside and inside the home. They took photos and videos on the premises, and after their departure, towels were left on the floor. At no point during their arrival or throughout the reservation did they contact us with concerns about the property or neighborhood. Days later, Emily informed us that they chose not to stay at the home. She explained that they did not contact us at the time because they attended a concert and had other plans. Had we been notified immediately, we could have discussed options and potentially canceled the reservation. Instead, communication only occurred after the reservation ended days later. Emily later referred to the neighborhood as “the projects,” despite being informed that the area is a growing, revitalized community with high property values and strong demand for accommodations. The property is located in a popular area that remains consistently booked. Comments made about the neighborhood and the people in the community, which were captured on exterior security cameras, were inappropriate and concerning. When a refund was denied according to policy due to the lack of timely communication, Emily threatened to leave negative reviews. Based on this experience, we would not host Emily or her guests again.

We were in town for a wedding. The house has a nice backyard if you’re having a small event. Don’t be distracted by part of the neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly.

We didn’t even stay. The neighborhood was terrible. When we first arrived was approached and ask can we wash your vehicle I said no then they keep begging for money. The inside side of the place was nothing Iike announced in the booking. I walked out and found another place.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Very nice!

I loved the stay, each area was really nice and decorated. It was luxurious! There was a convenient store right across the street, I would be careful though because there are a lot if bees when it gets hot cause of the wood. Anyways it was nice and very clean!

This house is spectacular!!! I love love love the lounge. Both the house and lounge refrigerator's are stocked with food, drinks, and snacks to purchase. The owner was pleasant and responded in a timely manner. I really enjoyed laying out in the hammock late evening and early morning. Very peaceful.

Small unique space

This place was very unique. I love how small but spacious this house was. I love the location. The neighborhood was kind of skeptical when pulling up due to a lot of drug addicts and homelessness. But no one bothered me and the neighbors greeted me they were nice. The house needed a lot of repairs. It wasn’t as clean as i thought it would be due to how high the cleaning fee was. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions. I will definitely rent out this place again in the near future.

Nice

I went here on my bachelorette trip and we had a good time! The house had some things that could have been cleaned better, there was trash under the bed that was there when we arrived. We mostly booked this place for the the hot tub and when we got there it was dirty, when letting the owner know they said it was closed until May even tho that was not listed in the details like they said. The propane tank for fire pit was pretty much empty so someone had to bring a new one while we were there. The location isn't the best, there was always a group of people out at all times of the night. The inside was overall nice for a girls getaway.

Ain’t no cap!

I read the last review and was ready to cancel… I’m glad I didn’t lol! This place is phenomenal. I normally don’t give reviews and I don’t even really want to make this place too popular because then I fear it won’t be available when I need to book it again but if we been honest, this is probably the best vacation rental I’ve ever been to everything was as in seemed it was actually a lot more spacious than we needed it to be honest, but yeah everything was great. I enjoyed myself. I had the snacks underneath the cabinets so that my friends wouldn’t get to them and they still did but I took care of the payment via Cash App before we checked out to save you on the additional service fees everything was great.

I booked this house for one night for my birthday and didn’t get to stay because it was infested with ants ! The day of check in was my actual birthday so it was an inconvenience having to find somewhere else to stay after paying so much for the one night. I had to reach out to the property owners for the code to check in which I got AFTER my check in time. My guest and I did not feel comfortable staying at the house due to the ants. There was terrible communication and understanding and no response to my messages after the fact. Just terrible!

Poor area & not as advertised

Overall the property was pretty clean. However, it is in a ROUGH neighborhood. No less than 10 people hanging out at a bus stop across the street playing music and drinking from morning to night. Our last night we counted no less than 7 police cars flying past with their lights and sirens going. The living room barely has seating to accommodate more than two people. Every item in there (snacks, drinks, etc) you have to pay for whereas other properties provide that stuff for free. And enjoy your view of the shed - the "private lounge" - in the back yard because you have to pay for that too (which is the first picture on the listing by the way). The hosts make it known they're going to spy on you from the multiple cameras on the property to make sure you don't bring any "unauthorized guests" inside. Unless, you guessed it, pay more for them to come to the house that you're already paying for. The hot tub is an inflatable with some decking around it. The "putting green" is like half inch turf laid down over uneven ground with plastic cups in the ground. The host had a washer delivered while we're not even at the home and let them in herself. Not sure if this place is designed for people to throw parties in but for a vacation in the area there are much better options.

Stay away!

The pictures on the website make it seem very appealing, owner was responsive throughout booking. On day of stay we were informed there were cameras outside that monitor us (it was never mentioned prior), which made me concerned but it was too late to cancel. When we got there, there was white pipe out front with what appeared to be sewage coming drom pipe. There was no handrails on the steps (my parents have mobility issues). There were cameras all over the outside of the home. Inside, it was clean but TINY. The lsiting says sleeps 10, but there was a queen bed, full bed, and then a bunkbed(it was smaller than a twin, more like toddler size), and a small futon couch. No way 10 people can sleep there. Outside, the hot tub wasnt working (the listing said closed during winter months, but never specified that it was currently closed). The hot tub is a blow up one that is buried in the deck, i have no idea how people get out. All the decks out back were warping, nails showing. There was cigarette butts in the fireplace. The "golf spot" was dirty and uneven. The furniture outside was broken. And the location was AWFUL. The neighbors literally walked outside their house and could see right into our yard. The other neighbors had trash everywhere and was playing loud music that was constantly blastinf profanities. We asked about neighbors and we told" cant control your neighbors, call the police." We immediately left within minutes.

I wanted to like this property, but when we arrived it took us over 40 minutes to get into the property. There was only two rolls of tissue in the house, no paper towels and no dish detergent (although they brought tissue after requested). However, the property was stocked with all types of snacks and drinks that were for sale at inflated prices. We booked this property for Memorial Day weekend and the hot tub was not available. Even if it was available, it was an inflatable hot tub that was not clean. The main picture for this Listing is showing a part of the property that is also not available without an additional fee. And lastly, it was very humid and hot. This property had a central hvac in main area, but also had wall units in each bedroom that weren’t efficient. It was very humid in this property and I could not have imagined if it were any hotter than it was that weekend outside. Unfortunately, I would not book here again.
