Set off the road, with 130' of lakefront and private parking area & spacious yard, the two cottages are attached by a common deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. The cottages are set high on a bluff overlooking the lake, allowing for extraordinary birds-eye views! Both cottages have window AC units in the bedrooms.

The North Cottage provides 4 Bedrooms, One Full updated Bath, a "sleeping porch", an updated kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a large wrap around porch and exterior laundry room.

The South Cottage provides 3 Bedrooms, a pull-out couch in the main living room for extra sleeping arrangements, One Full updated Bath, updated kitchen, dining and living areas, and a lovely porch taking in the BEST views on the lake!

This lovely property invites you to kick off your shoes, settle in, and relax in the bliss of summer on our beautiful Lake! Swim and fish from the dock, bring your boat (up to 22'). There are kayaks & Stand-up Paddleboards for your use.

*Please use caution and accompany children down the stairs to the lake. They are sturdy, but steep.

*There are stairs from the parking area to the cottages, from the cottages to the lake, and inside of each cottage.

*We recommend all guests bring water shoes as our lake has zebra mussels with sharp shells.

*Life vests are provided and must be worn or attached to all personal watercraft when in use.

*This property has outdoor cameras on the telephone pole in the front yard. There are no cameras indoors.

Located just 7 miles to the village of Cooperstown, (10 minute drive) 12 miles from Dreams Park (20 minute drive), and 28 miles (40 minutes drive) to All Star Village.
