-25 year age minimum for booking

-No pets allowed

-Mailbox access allowed

-Fireplace is not available for guest use

-30 night minimum

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video and surveillance camera facing exterior right and left side yards
