LUXE @ the Park is in a quiet and established family-oriented neighborhood that sits on City of Atlanta's Emma Millican Park. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with kitchen and dining area. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. 50" Smart TV in master room, 40″ for the additional bedrooms, a 65" Smart TV in the common space. Available wi-fi and closet space is also available. The 1st guest bedroom includes (2) Full size beds, the 2nd includes a Queen size bed with a work desk and chair and the master bedroom includes a California King size bed with lounge bench and walk-in closet. Either of the rooms are fitting for any style, size family or single person(s). It is an open floor plan that leaves more space for your entertainment. There is also a fenced, furnished patio deck that oversees the walking trail in the park.

Very “homey” atmosphere! Great for our small intimate occasion. Celebrating sisterhood!Property Clean and updated. Very pleasant decor. Close to retail outlets. Even though we brought all we needed, nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and bath. We didn’t get to enjoy the cute patio because of the rain soaked cushions. To ensure enjoyment of this area, a deck box to protect the cushions from the elements would be great. Aside from that, the stay was most enjoyable—- close to perfect! Would definitely recommend use of the space.

ATL Experience

We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Atlanta. The house is accurate to the website. Bed was a little too firm for me But was sleepable. Only complaint was the coffee maker is a single serve and we were a family that drinks coffee LOL. Neighborhood was a little questionable but to be expected just to be in the downtown area. Overall we were pleased.

Learning about South

looked rather modest from outside but inside impressed us very much: three comfortable bedrooms,hardwood floors, nicely furnished, great kitchen and area to be together as a family. Very close to the city:12-15 minutes, quiet neighborhood, not far from grocery stores. We enjoyed it very much, thank you!

I was satisfied with my choice as far as size and price. My major complaint was with the dishwasher. There was standing water in the bottom and the odor was horrible. Some of the outlets did not work. The master bedroom was very roomy and comfortable.

Nice Stay

Very nice place to stay, photos online were accurate with how the home looked inside. Great location close to the Mercedes Benz stadium and airport. Quiet neighborhood, host responded quickly to the questions we had. Worth the stay!

Atlanta Getaway

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We did have problems using the keypad, but the host came and brought us a key and resolved our issue in an extremely timely manner. We did drop a cell phone that went under the bedroom bed. Upon retrieving it we all noticed extreme dust and junk food items under the beds. Looks like their cleaning crew need to sweep under the beds once in a while. This was an excellent stay otherwise. We even had problems with the televisions and the host came the next day and resolved these issues. The host was excellent. The location was great to all our Atlanta Pass and Stone Mountain destinations. Close to all attractions, we even shopped at a nearby Kroger. We would definitely stay at his location again.

Cozy home

Overall it was a good stay. The street is quiet. The host made himself available, was very responsive and helpful. Inside the home is as pictured.nicely decorated and cozy. My only issue is with cleanliness. It felt like maybe a quick surface cleaning was done, but it was obvious that the home has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The amount of dust on the vents, windows, and baseboards was too much and aggravated my allergies. I did a lot of moving around the city and the house was centrally located. We seemed to be no more than 15-25 minutes from everything.

Just the place you need to get away from everyday life

This is the perfect spot to enjoy R&R with family or friends because each level of the home has great spaces for playing games, resting and connecting with each other. The full wraparound porch on both levels allows you to fully appreciate the beauty of Gods creation, and amenities like the pool table, darts, grill etc. make it easy to stay and play.

Nicely updated home, convenient location!

Very well-appointed home with a great layout for a group vacation. My group of 6 had plenty of space to sleep, crash, and hang out during downtime. We appreciated having three bedrooms for privacy and having a quiet space. The location is very convenient to downtown attractions and there are plenty of nearby stores for daily essentials. We loved our stay and would visit again!

Celebrating our daughter's 7th birthday!!

The location was amazing for all the things we had planned! The Aquarium was 8 minutes away, the zoo, and more. The house was clean and comfortable. We did have the alarm go off for about 5-7 minutes but the owner worked quickly to get it sorted. The backyard is almost fenced so it was great for the kids. Another highlight for kids is the park is right behind the house!! Just a short walk! Great stay. The only thing we could have wished for is maybe a fire pit or a grill. They did have an awesome Foreman grill...so it worked out.

Great stay

Came in town for gymnastic meet. This home was as described. Location is very close to all attractions and with traffic in Atlanta we were able to get everywhere we needed to be quickly. Host was helpful and helped when we needed them. Fit our family without feeling crowded. Would stay here again
