This mountain retreat is perched atop Bryce Mountain's southern ridge. Although only a few minutes from Bryce Resort, you may not want to leave this home's breathtaking view of the valley and Great North Mountain. Its spacious upper deck and lower patio invite you to stay outside awhile. The views continue into the home's great room and kitchen through a wall of windows and doors. Access the cabin via a circular driveway and four steps up to the entry-level side deck. Located just south and high above Lake Laura, this cabin is 4.25 miles from the Resort's main lodge and ski/bike lifts, and 2.5 miles from the Basye Community Store, The Burn Barrel & RHouse restaurants, and Pale Fire Brewing Company.

FEATURES & AMENITIES:
The large living room includes a comfortable sofa, two chairs and large flat-screen TV, although the view will steal your attention. Watch your favorite TV shows and movies with your preferred streaming providers. The kitchen and dining room are conveniently located adjacent to the living room. Kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind). Down the hall from the living room are two bedrooms (one queen, one full), and a full bathroom. Downstairs offers a large living area with a game table, a dry bar, and wood stove with two large glass doors to the lower patio (and yet another fantastic view). Also downstairs is a third bedroom with queen bed, a full bath (shower is via a handheld wand in large soaker tub), and full size washer & dryer. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably.

The cabin is supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, five trash bags, one bath trash bag per bathroom, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, and one scrubby pad. We encourage guests with large groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.

WiFi internet is provided by 600mbps fiber-optic, which is enough to do whatever online!

**This is a self-check-in property. Guests will receive check-in Instructions seven days prior to the arrival date, or immediately if booking within seven days. The Check-in Instructions include the property address, driving directions, your unique Key Code, WiFi log-in credentials, and other important preparatory information.

This property has a gas grill, but does NOT have an outdoor hot tub or fire pit.

Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade, Mount Jackson, VA 22842), which is about 1.5 miles from this cabin. See pictures of our pool in the unit listing. It's open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Quiet hours after 10:00pm and before 8:00am are encourged to respect others in this tranquil area.
