Turtle Watch ist nur wenige Schritte von den wunderschönen und abgelegenen Stränden entfernt. Genießen Sie die private Promenade, die hinunter zu Ihrem eigenen Paradies führt, da dieser Teil des Strandes nie überfüllt ist!


Dies ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bad Haus mit 2 sehr großen Terrassen mit Blick auf den Ozean. Im ersten Stock des Hauses finden Sie alle 3 Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und eine eigene Tür, die zum Deck führt. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Badezimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean. Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 verfügt über 2 Sätze von Twin / Twin-Kojen. Es gibt auch ein weiteres Vollbad auf dieser Etage.


Auf der zweiten Ebene des Hauses finden Sie einen großen, offenen und sehr bequemen Wohnbereich. Der beste Teil sind alle Türen, die zum zweiten Deck führen und einen herrlichen Blick von überall im Raum bieten. Es gibt einen Wohnbereich mit vielen Büchern, einen Essbereich für 8 Personen und eine Bar in der Küche für weitere 4 Personen. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien und Geräten ausgestattet.


Dieses Haus liegt am Strand der C-30. Es liegt in einer sehr schönen und familienfreundlichen Gegend und ist weniger als 1,6 km von der Abzweigung zur Indian Pass Road entfernt. Ganz in der Nähe des berühmten Restaurants The Raw Bar!

We loved the views from the porches. The beach was right in front of us. The house was great for our needs. We had so much privacy and a lot of beach area to play with our two large dogs. Being able to open all the doors made it feel like bringing the ocean inside and we spent a lot of time with all the doors open. This house was amazing.

This was a great house for my family for a well needed get away!! The house was in a perfect location with amazing views. We especially liked that it was off the main road, so it was a very quiet neighborhood and the beach was slow with minimal people. The home was very clean and the host was fantastic with communication. Definitely good value for your money!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Turtle Watch many times through the years due to the upper deck off the living space. It is an upside-down house with the bedrooms on the 2nd level and the living space, fabulous deck on the 3rd level. We LOVE the deck - it is covered, we get a good breeze from the gulf, good view of the gulf, and very good deck furniture for eating and relaxing. The kitchen has lots of dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils. The towels and bedding are good quality. The master bed could be a little less rocking when the other person is moving in sleep, but it still was comfy. Hubs said the bedroom TVs didn't work, but I didn't find it a problem since the greatroom TV worked. Not here to watch TV. Overall a wonderful place to stay at the beach, which is why we keep coming back to this property.

Turtle Watch was perfect for our family

Turtle Watch is the perfect beach house. There are a few little things that need repair, but overall in great condition. We loved being on the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the big dining room table. There was enough space for our puzzle and for eating. Beds were comfortable and the porch outside was so nice. We would stay here again.

Superb!

The place was nice and the location was too! The staff at the rental management firm was expedient and understanding. The stairs were a lot of up and down but that’s to be expected in a beachfront home due to threats from storm surge. We fished and played in the surf and enjoyed all of it. It’s not far from the state park and Indian pass isn’t too far away either. PSJ is right up the road so anything you could need is there. There were four bunk beds and two queen or full size beds, I think they were queens. I’m ready to go back!

It is unfortunate that not only did you not fully enjoy your vacation but, you didn't allow us to try to make it better for you. We responded to the need for the AC to be fixed (homes do have things that give out from time to time) but we weren't informed of the other issues we could have made right. We hope you will consider another visit to our sugar sand beaches here at the Cape! We have many beautiful homes to suit many budgets; let us help you find yours.

We loved being able to walk straight out onto the beach from the house. Being able to bring our pup with us was a huge benefit. He settled right in to the house and loved the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed - I actually have never seen a rental with so many dishes, glasses and mugs! The bed was comfortable. The towels were thick and plush! I would stay in this unit again.

However, I do not think I would return to this property, as there are 35 steps from the driveway to the kitchen/ family room which is oddly on the second floor. Also, the scum at the bottom of the dishwasher made it unusable. The dishes were covered in scum after running the dishwasher.i called the property management to report this and nobody ever came out to check on it.

Needs work

Beach front was great, but that was it. House had horrible musty smell, carpets and rug was pretty bad (we made sure to always wear shoes and placed nothing on them), internet was ok as long as only one device on it. Overall, we chose to not spend time inside other than to sleep. When we did we’d end up with headaches. Might be because they sprayed for pests on the day of arrival which seemed odd. We have no idea how long before we got there that occurred but if we spent time in the house we both ended up with nasty headaches. I would search elsewhere if I was considering this rental. We won’t be back.

We appreciate the feedback! The carpets are fairly new, but we will be having them thoroughly cleaned again during the off season deep clean. This is Florida, so we do have bugs year round. Our routine pest control is done on the 3rd Tues/Wed of every month. This typically does not have any affect on people or pets, but it's possible that this guest was just sensitive to something in the spray.

Good house, needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is good, but needs a new grill because the old one is full of rest and will only work if you risk a fire hazard by sticking a lighter down into the grates. All of the rugs have large stains on them. The living room needs another couch, The chairs and there are not comfortable for watching a movie. The kitchen sink desperately needs a garbage disposal. The master bedroom could seriously use a dresser to put clothes in so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. Also all the front doors need to be replaced because they will pop open even when locked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home with perfect oceanfront location. LOTS OF STAIRS INSIDE! Stairs to door, immediate flights of stairs to first floor, which is the bedrooms! Another set of stairs to upstairs which is Kitchen and living area. Decks and views are great with access from bedrooms. We had issue with garbage. Previous renters left can full. At night a critter would dump over, and we had to clean up. Office said someone would come out and change out cans, but they never did. We kept our garbage inside a closet because we had nowhere to put it. Air unit on first level leaks from ceiling. They sent repair people who basically bandaided the issue and it started leaking again. Air repair also took batteries out of thermostats and we had to replace with remote batteries. We are frequent renters with Coastal and this is the FIRST time we have ever had these issues.

Sorry to hear about the hiccups during your stay. The stairs can definitely catch folks off guard, and we totally get how frustrating the trash situation must’ve been—especially with critters involved. That’s not the kind of experience we want for our guests, and we appreciate you letting us know. We’ve already passed your feedback along so the AC and thermostat issues can be taken care of, and we’re stepping up our trash pickup game to make sure things are in great shape for the next guests.
