1. The $125 pet fee covers 1 pet for up to 3 nights. If you have more than 1 pet, there is an additional $100 fee. Any stays of longer than 3 nights, will be charged an additional $25 per night. The max pet fee is $500 for 1 pet, or $600 for 2 pets.

2. Any residual smell of smoking (of any substance) inside the property will result in a $300 fine

3. Quiet hours: Sun-Th After 10pm Fri-Sat After 11pm
