Right on the beach/short walk through the dunes. Quiet neighborhood. General store w/in 2 minutes. This rental is very comfortable. Will def stay again! Just lovely!

Family Ocean Stay

This was an amazing house for our family weekend trip for clamming. The hot tub was great to warm up and the house was very cozy.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. It was quiet and relaxing, very roomy and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including 3 styles of coffee makers, drip, Kerig, and French Press, the basement has a foosball table that everyone enjoyed! We definitely will return next year.

The Perfect Getaway!

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was beautiful with an equally gorgeous view. We had private access to the beach with a good short trail that led us to a wide open beach that was lovely to walk on. We hope to be back soon!

Pros --Awesome location: The master bedroom has a sliding door opening toward the ocean so you can sleep with it open all night. --Great host: Communication was on point, positive, and timely. --Master shower: Features two shower heads, which is an awesome upgrade. --Hot tub: Very clean and worked perfectly. Cons --Kitchen equipment: The oven wouldn't heat past 360°, the knives were dull with no sharpener, and some of the non-stick pans were flaking too badly to be safely used. --Hot water capacity: The house sleeps eight, but the standard water heater runs out after three showers. It really needs a tankless upgrade. --Overgrown beach path: You can't walk barefoot to the beach. You have to wear shoes to navigate through sticker and blackberry bushes, which really need to be trimmed. --Hot tub instructions: Worded poorly and hard to understand. Here is a suggestion on how to fix it: "The water must be crystal clear and have a noticeable chlorine odor. If it is cloudy or lacks a chlorine smell, do not get in." Other Things to Know --Stove: Natural gas. Love this! --Laundry: Features a basic, older-style stackable washer and dryer. Dryer worked well. --Parking: The garage will fit a car or small SUV. Space to park outside works well. --Extras: There is a foosball table downstairs, alongside another couch and TV.

No response after check-in

This property was a good location, easy walk to the beach. 2 of the 4 beds were very comfortable, the 2 twin beds were not great. Private hottub on the property was a plus. Plenty of things to do in the house, puzzles, books, 2 tvs, dvds, Foose ball. Didn't use the grill, but it was available. Asked ahead of time about the type of coffee pot, was told both kinds, drip style using ground coffee and a keurig. My group brought our Keurig kcups only to find there was no Keurig. I reached out to the property managers by phone and email multiple times and never heard back, ever. Not during our stay, not after our stay. Not having a Keurig wasn't the issue, had we known we wouldve just come prepared with ground coffee, it was the fact that they never responded, at all. What if it was something significant? We'll never know.

We loved the views and easy beach access. Did not use the hot tub but it seemed clean and warm upon inspection. Well stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds were wonderful! It could use a deep clean as there was dust, cobwebs and dog hair in and under furniture. A working light in the master bath toilet room would be nice. The basement/garage has a horrible musty smell that could be eliminated with a little extra effort. *It would be nice to include some instructions for being able to watch the TV's. The Roku remote did nothing, even after trying new batteries? Unable to pull up any other streaming channels? We ended up subscribing on our own account to watch a movie. Remotes without instructions are frustrating for all ages of visitors. **The stove needs a posted warning that when working in that corner of the kitchen it is VERY easy to unknowingly bump the front left burner knob and turn on the gas, minus flame, causing a gas fume chase trying to figure out where it was coming from. Within minutes the fumes were noticed upstairs early one morning while other guests were still sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful time clamming every morning, afternoon beach walks and relaxing with beautiful sunsets, great meals and drinks on the deck! The hosts were prompt with replies. Thank you! We will likely be back, possibly checking out the 2 identical homes on either side for comparison. Discussing a family vacation with multiple families in the summer!

We love this property, we stayed there last year, and it works nice for our family. We noticed improvements like flooring and the replacement of the huge entertainment center with a flat screen tv attached to wall. It gives a much more clean and open feel! It would be nice if you included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bath.
