Huge Deck with a sliding door from the family room... the deck is equipped with a patio table & 6 chairs as well as a gas BBQ/Smoker.
Propane is not included in the stay.

Living Room with a 55" Smart LG TV, an additional family room great for entertaining with a 70" Crystal Clear Samsung TV that also connects to a Samsung party speaker perfect for movie nights/sports nights/karaoke.
In addition, there is a fully equiped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, a keuring coffee maker, regular coffee maker, & blender!

1st bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds

I rented this for a graduation party. The place was clean and plenty of room for all. Some upgrades outside may be needed but inside was impeccable.

The place is big, but pictures make it look so nice, when inside it was old and dusty. Spiderwebs under the beds and in corners. The dishwasher was loaded but not run, and the pods under the sink were old and crumbling. Coffee maker, but no coffee pot to go with it, so useless. The beds were hard, not comfortable. The stairs inside were so steep, I was afraid to use them. The washer and dryer are in the basement, which has awful stairs going down and cobwebs everywhere. I dogs not use those, as it was very bad. The 2 living room areas were ok and comfortable. The backyard, though fenced in, had so many downed branches and weeds surround the edges, we didn't use the yard. The deck was ok, but dirty. It was a place to stay when we had to. But I would not stay there again. The price was outrageous.

My husband is from out of state and doing a job in Stony Brook Univ. He's been renting this home for 5 weeks now. Perfect location for his job. House is clean and nice. The host is exceptional. Every time I had to reach her for anything (which was maybe 3 times), she responded immediately. Nice to have host that is available and ready to assist. Shows she cares about her home and her customers. This was a first ever having to Vrbo and having Sibel as a host made it very easy.

House needs some upgrades (I.e., electric outlets very old and we used lots of extension cords but Rooms were clean and very spacious, with a large yard and plenty of parking for all of us; but we could have used more towels. The only real complaint we have is the smoke tower on the deck was filled with waste water and smelled absolutely horrible which prevented us from using the deck very much.

My husband has a job near this house. He and 2 other fellow workers needed a place to rest their heads and be able to take care of themselves. This house was perfect for that. The house was clean and equipped with everything they could need. This was my first time using VRBO or anything of this nature and the process with this host was wonderful. I messaged and responded back right away. Very pleasant and friendly. Getting into house was easy and simple as well. It worked out so well because of location and professionalism of host that we booked with her for 3weeks ahead.

The house was exactly what we needed with plenty of parking. We had plenty of comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. The owner was a seasoned pro, very communicative and helpful. Great experience. We hope to come back again soon.

To piggy back off my last review this was a first full week here for the 3 men. The house, again, was very clean. Had everything they needed. Only issue is one of the beds broke (most probable from previous renter. Wasn't a noticeable break only happened when laying on it), and I contacted host and she responded immediately and said she would have the bed fixed. We have rented this house again for the next 2 weeks. It's perfect for what it is needed for. As for the host, once again she is wonderful and a pleasure to communicate with.

It was ok, it did the job. There weren’t enough hand towels and the beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. But it was a spacious house that comfortably accommodated 9 people.

Good location and great space

House was spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. The outside looked a little worn but inside was comfortable with updated kitchen and bathroom. A lot of grounds with fenced yard for kids and dogs. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and all had a great time.

The pictures of the property do not show the true condition of this home. It was not filthy, but it needs to be completely gutted and renovated. The outside pictures show a beautifully manicured home. The grounds are overgrown and there are many brown spots in the lawn. The garage door has green mold on a good portion of it. The inside of the home needs revonation in most rooms. The upstairs bathroom has a leak from the toilet that the owner is aware of and did not fix. The floor was wet our entire stay. The sink is chipped in several places. The handles in the shower do not match. The cabinet doors on the vanity are peeling. I wanted to do our laundry there but was afraid to as the washing machine had a puddle next to it and the inside was pretty rusted. The dryer looked newer but had a load of towels in it. We were unable to use the coffee pot as it did not have a basket that fit in it. The Florida room which was one of the nicer rooms had stains all over the carpet. The closet doors in the master bedroom upstairs are broken. A chair is broken at the table in the Florida room. The sliding glass door is very difficult to open. One of the fire alarms has been disconnected. There were unsafe outlets in the upstairs master bedroom. I could go on and on. I would not stay here.
