Coffee Station: Ninja Pod & Grounds specialty Single serve coffee maker, K-cup pod. Variety of regular and decaf coffee pods, ground coffee, teas.
we also provide creamers and sugar.

There are 3 separate bedrooms for guests
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed, 2 single seater and a shelf

Follow Google Map or Waze to reach the house. After reaching to the property, park on the right side of the circular driveway. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE and main eterance of the house.
Go through the right side of the property, and open the sliding glass door, right side of the house.
AS THIS IS A LOWER LEVEL APARTMENT,GUESTS HAS ACCESS ONLY INSIDE THE LOWER APARTMENT AND THE SIDE YARD,NO ACESS TO BACKYARD DECK AND THE POOL AREA.

The following will be required before check-in instructions are sent...
1) CONFIRM that (No unregistered guests/visitors, no parties, no large gatherings/events, no smoking inside)
2) CONFIRM with us the total number of ALL guests, including any visitors. ($100 fee for each unauthorized guest/visitor over the 5 maximum if not approved by hosts prior)
*Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am. When possible, we can accommodate an early/late check-in/out for a FEE. Cost & Availability is based on:
1) Hours requested
2) Cleaners schedule
3) If a guest is checking in/out the same day.
*Please let us know in advance for higher chances of approval.
*We won't be able to give approval until 24 hrs of arrival/departure.
*Although all house rules are important to us, the most important rule to us and the neighborhood is the noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Loud/amplified music is both not welcomed nor allowed before 8am or after 10pm. Maintaining great relationships with our neighbors is our top priority.
