Virginia Tech is approximately a 11-minute drive, and Radford University is approximately a 32-minute drive.

All areas of the home and property are open for guests use except for the garage which is used for owner storage.

The home offers a cozy feel while having a lot of room and open space. The kitchen and dining area looks out to the back yard and porch, which can be accessed through the main living space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, sink and island for preparing food. The kitchen is filled with plenty of cookware, plates and items to make your stay comfortable: Keurig, Toaster and Large Refrigerator.

There are three bedrooms located on the upper-level. Two with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There are two additional bedrooms on the lower-level with one queen and one full bed.

Laundry room is located on the lower-level and features washer and dryer and is equipped with detergent and cleaning supplies.


The home offers a large driveway with more than enough room for parking.

- Pets are allowed, but an additional pet fee is required, so pets must be included on reservation.

- Absolutely no parties allowed any parties will result in a canceled reservation and immediately being asked to leave

1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
