An amazing property! Probably the best I’ve ever rented! We (9 of us) were in town for Celebration of Life…perfect location near the beach…perfect accommodations with everything you need…perfect sleeping arrangements! We will rent again if in the area!

This classic beach house was oh so coastal comfortable; and the sun room an absolute favorite. One thing to note is that parking is actually available on the block behind, not in front of the house. The lovely beachfront is a block away.

Quaint Beach House

My family traveled to CT for a weekend getaway and we loved this property. It was clean, well stocked and right near the beach. The management was very responsive. We will definitely return!

The Perfect Place

This house was a dream. So clean, perfect location, easy check-in process. Our host, Rose, was very kind, responsive & helpful. We loved the outdoor area for breakfast & dinner. The beach was a very short little stroll down the block. We couldn’t have been happier. Perfect for our family’s girls weekend.

Fabulous Weekend

Great home for family trips!

We had such a great week!! The location is perfect for those with kids - 2 min to the beach and on a dead end street. The property is very updated, and the AC was so nice to have on hot days. Plenty of communal space, while also having separate sleeping areas. The property host was incredibly communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend in Westbrook

My family stayed at the upscale beach home this weekend and had a wonderful time! The home is clean, spacious and has everything a family could need! We had 9 people in our party and there was enough room for everyone to come together and be apart!! :) We were in town for a wedding but enjoyed our time at the house playing games, celebrating a bday and walking to the beach between wedding events. The hosts are responsive and I am so happy I stumbled upon this home! Its a good one people!

Great weekend getaway

I booked this house for a girls weekend getaway. We had an amazing weekend. When we arrived we had a welcome gift basket which was so thoughtful. The house was very clean and sunny. The patio was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. The house was very easy to get to and close enough to shops for grocery shopping. The only down side is that you were only allowed to park 4 cars, however, there is a commuter lot not too far away which was easy enough to get to. The beach is just down the road and the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing! Would definitely recommend this home!

We Will Be Back!

We absolutely loved this property! It is very well kept, updated, clean, in a great location and has all the amenities one would need for a fantastic get away! There are plenty of bedrooms, two and half baths which was so accomodating to the nine ladies staying for the weekend! I would say the only thing I would change would be to specify in the listing that there is both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig just so folks could plan what to bring; and I suppose I might also say to either stock more bath/hand/face towels or add the quantity on hand to the listing - again for packing/planning purposes. This is just a beautiful home and we cannot wait to return annually for our Girls Weekend!

Great beach house

Quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to almost exclusive beach. Sandbar was our favorite destination. Grandson learned to ride his bike on rarely used street behind house. Great restaurants for carry out. Easy access to groceries, etc. The house was clean, furniture comfortable, kitchen appliances well supplied.

A group of six woman rented this fabulous house which was only less than a minute walk to a private beach. In addition, there were so many restaurants close by. Definitely rent this property.

Awesome beach house. Great location.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. Tons of positives (pretty house - well maintained, short walk to the beach, great location, great communication with property manager). Here are the negatives that I'd love to see get addressed....The house wasn't cleaned very well. Upstairs shower hadn't been cleaned - there was shampoo all over the inside door. Bathroom trash barrels didn't have liners. They also could have done a better job dusting. Some surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped down in months. TV's upstairs didn't work. I'm assuming the cable wasn't hooked in properly. The entry doors didn't have screen doors. It would have been nice to be able to keep the doors open to bring in the beautiful ocean air. The listing advertises 4 bathrooms, but the truth is there are only 2 full bathrooms in the house and 1 half bath. They also have an outdoor shower that they used as storage, so it was really unusable.

Beautiful house! Very clean and had every comfort you could ask for.

We stayed here for a girls trip. Very close walk to private beach. Lots of room to move around and relax. Great communication with rental agency. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was lovely and well maintained. Overall, our experience was very good. To make the rental experience truly outstanding, I would recommend the following ~ * Keep the propane tank full for gas grilling. * Supply two bath towels per guest * Provide an adequate supply of bath, hand and dish soap for guests as well as paper towels and garbage bags. * Replace sofa bed mattress- it is not really usable for an adult. * Improve the quality of the bedding. * Provide mirrors in the bedrooms for grooming. .
