A large deck off of the main living area is a private retreat to the natural habitat, with a view of a small pond, and sounds of the crickets and birds.

This is the perfect location for family gatherings around holidays, summer vacation, college graduations or for visiting professors' families. Yale University, Connecticut College and Wesleyan University are all under 30 miles away.

The house is ten minutes away from Hammonasset State Beach, ten minutes away from a Clinton Premium Outlet Mall and ten minutes away from downtown Clinton. Also close to New Haven where there are many restaurants, ie Little Italy, Yale and art galleries. A 30 minute drive to Powder Ridge Mountain Park and Resort and Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort Casinos.
