Luna Sea - Amazing Tropical Retreat on the Bay with Two Pools.

Located on the beautiful Bay of Harbour Island, Luna Sea sits on large and very private property with lush tropical gardens. The main house of Luna Sea is a beautiful two-story house surrounded by two shimmering lagoon pools that wind from the entrance of the main house around to the bay side with full waterfront views. The main house has a beachy, open-concept interior that’s perfect for socializing with loved ones while taking a break from reality. You’ll feel transported to a tropical paradise the second you step foot onto this incredible property. After crossing over the bridge, one enters into Luna Sea’s light-filled living room with doors opening to a covered porch and views across the pool and lawns to the bay.

The south wing of the main house is comprised of a grand living room opening to the pool, a game room off the pool with wet bar/TV/pool table, one bedroom with full bath. The entire top floor/south tower of this wing of the house makes up the primary suite with a private upstairs covered outdoor porch that spans the length of the entire wing.

The north wing of Luna Sea is accessed via a glassed-in dining room with a table to seat 10. The dining room bridges the pool to connect both sides of the house. In this wing are a full wet barroom, library, three more bedrooms with two bathrooms, the kitchen with dining nook overlooking the pool, a powder room and the laundry.

In addition to Harbour Island’s most fun pool, outside are five terraces. Three face the bay (including one off the library and the Starfish bedroom) and one is off the Conch bedroom. The fifth is off the kitchen and with steps for a quick morning dip into the east pool. There is also a gas fire pit down by the water where you can enjoy sunset cocktails on a terrace on the edge of the Bay.

The famous pink sand beaches of Harbour Island are a five minute walk outside the Lunasea gate and we provide beach towels and chairs for your use.

1 full bathroom with dual shower heads. Depending on the time of year, the GH may be available separately for an additional charge.

Luna Sea is a 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa and guest cottage for up to 13 guests to enjoy.

A Lunasea contract must be signed.
Due to the pool we do not recommend this house for young children or for persons who cannot swim well.

An executed contract is also required and the rental is not valid until executed and received by the owner. For Christmas, New Years' and high season March/Easter rentals contracts must be returned to us fully completed within 5 days or the rental will be cancelled if we have another guest wishing to book.

The house is not ADA compatible. In addition, the Dock House is not included in this rental agreement nor is it available for rent. Boaters should consider a slip space at Romora Marina as Luna Sea does not have a dock.

Due to the site's policies regarding cancelation by host and given the complicated nature of managing homes in the Bahamas, we regret we are not able to book more than 6-9 months in advance online. Dates farther out than 6-9 months should show as blocked even though they are not. Check back with us closer to the booking dates or feel free to inquire by writing us. Thanks!
