Complete with access to an on-site pool and tennis courts, this condo boasts a convenient location right next to the Granlibakken Ski & Sled Hill, and just minutes from nearby attractions like the Tahoe Treetop Adventure Parks, the Tahoe Rim Hiking Trail, and fishing along the Truckee River. Commons Beach and Tahoe City Golf Course are both less than two miles away. Palisades Tahoe and Olympic Valley are each within a nine-mile radius.

The condo is divided into two separate apartments, making this a great choice for friends or family groups. The main apartment includes a full kitchen while the adjoining studio comes equipped with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker for added flexibility. Summer mornings and afternoons can be spent lounging on the private patio, while chilly nights can be passed in front of the cozy, wood-burning fireplace. Each apartment features its own smart TV and free WiFi is equipped throughout the space. Each condo also includes its own bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
