PARKING - Please park at your own risk. Neither the homeowners nor the managing team shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle.

OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.

NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.

NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.

NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen.

PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.

QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED - Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

ABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest checks out will be considered abandoned. If we have your belongings after your stay, the following charges will apply:

-$25 mailing fee separate from the cost of postage and storage fee.
-$25/day for storage fee.

Nice little house

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and were very comfortable. This is a small home in a gated compound of 5 units. The gate was a nice touch for added security. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very minimalist which is all we really needed. The A/C worked really well as we were there during a heat wave, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi was fast. The only downside was that the water took a few minutes to get hot. Overall, a nice stay.

We stayed here for about 6 days and we loved it!! It was so easy to check in and out. house was beautiful and clean! Parking is gated which is great you feel secure. Although there are other units behind it you have all the privacy you need! Once im back in California I will definitely be booking here!

Stayed in very clean and safe home. Parking was in a gated driveway and property was very pristine. Had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood was very quiet and I would recommend this property.

Great property, quiet neighborhood

We were pleasantly surprised at the neighborhood being quiet although there are a lot of cars parked on both sides of the street. Great to have a driveway gate and off street parking. The house was clean and well laid out. Couldn't really tell in the listing pictures, but there is one bathroom in one of the bedrooms plus another full bathroom in the hall.
