This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a futon bed in the separate den space. The condo is large enough to host 3 guests at a time. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

• The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Disruption should be minimal.

• There is on-site public parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for $34/day with in & out access, Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.



House Rules

1) Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2) Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3) Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4) Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5) Please note that you must return the fob at the end of your stay. A $125 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned.

6) There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.



If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
