Cleanliness and Pests: Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest’s arrival. We have a stringent pest control program in place and we’ve never had issues with pests as described. You did not mention any concerns about bugs or cleanliness during your stay, which would have been the appropriate time to address them if they existed. These claims are completely inconsistent with our standards as well as with the experiences of other guests. Train Tracks: The train track near the property is in a quiet residential area. The train adheres to strict noise regulations and does not blow its horn. This has not been an issue for any previous guests. Neighborhood and Noise: Our neighborhood is in a safe, gated community and is typically very quiet. We immediately responded when you mentioned that you found nearby music was a bit too loud one evening. The issue was resolved promptly. The claims about people smoking or disruptive behavior in the area are completely unfounded and do not align with the experiences of our many other guests. You also never mentioned anything about people smoking to us. Late Checkout: Our checkout time is 11 am, and we communicated clearly about the late checkout fee. Despite this, you checked out close to 5 pm, which necessitated charging for an additional day as we could not prepare the unit for the next guest. This is standard practice and was clearly communicated in advance. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests, as evidenced by the numerous 5-star reviews we’ve received. While we understand that you were angry about being charged for the full day when you checked out at 5pm, we regret that you chose to misrepresent your stay in this review and we stand by the excellent experience we strive to offer all of our guests.
