Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Leif. We're glad to hear that you found the house to be nice and clean, and that it accommodated your large group well. The two refrigerators are indeed a great feature for larger gatherings! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the hot tub heater. We understand how disappointing it can be when something you were looking forward to doesn't work as expected. While we did our best to communicate with our service technician, we regret that we couldn't resolve the issue during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are glad we could refund you for the heating fee. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will continue to work on improving our response times for maintenance issues. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future, where we can provide you with an even better experience.
