Located in the gated Ocean Villas on Oahu’s North Shore, it sits beside the world-famous Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay. Our family has cherished this villa for many years, and we’re delighted to share the reasons why. Its ground-level location offers effortless access to the resort’s many amenities—no stairs, no elevators, just open space and freedom to roam. From the comfort of our living room, the sparkling pool is just steps away. With easy indoor-outdoor flow, our children have always loved the freedom to run and play safely. The entire villa has been thoughtfully renovated by a team of expert designers, blending high-end finishes with a sophisticated, coastal aesthetic to create a luxurious beachside haven. Wander into the master bath for a mesmerizing soak in the large marble tub. Guests can also enjoy a separate shower, a private lavatory and double vanity counter with stunning marble countertops.

The beach closet includes:
• 2 boogie boards
• 3 beach chairs
• 1 umbrella
• 1 cooler
• Some beach toys and some snorkeling gear

Beach towels will be found in the unit. We can provide up to 2 Pack`n Play with mattresses and sheets as well as 2 high chairs if asked.

We include paper towels, napkins, tissue, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your soft linens, bath and beach towels are included as well.

We also have another Ocean Villa, a 4 bedroom and the largest unit at Turtle Bay. Very modern and all the furniture was just renovated.

The Ocean Villas have their own grounds which include the pool and Jacuzzi as well as community BBQs. The beach just outside the villa is a public beach that everyone is allowed access to. You can use the following Turtle Bay Resort Amenities:

To ensure your stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible, our on-site host, Aloha, will be available to assist with any questions or needs throughout your visit. Prior to your arrival, she will provide you with everything you need for a smooth check-in and enjoyable stay. Guests also receive our thoughtfully curated digital guidebook, filled with local recommendations for the best beaches, dining spots, hikes, activities, and hidden gems—so you can experience the island like a true insider.

Almost all of our guests rent a car. There is one assigned parking stall labeled villa 111. There is also visitor parking if you have an extra car.

Turtle Bay and our villa is perfectly located on the North Shore which is minutes from some of the most famous beaches in the world. 5 minute drive to Sunset and Banzai Pipeline. 10 minute drive to Waimea. Kawela Bay is located on the resort property. The likes of “Lost”, “Pirates of the Caribbean” and other movies were filmed there. We will also note in our guidebook where some of our favorite “secret” locals spots are.

- Use ONLY the Villa pool. Use of the Turtle Bay Resort hotel pool is NOT permitted.
- Rinse off sand before entering the home.
- Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes on.
- Do not hang clothing or towels outside on patio. Sidewalks and entryways must not be obstructed or used to hang or store items. Keep all items inside the unit.
- If you accidentally break anything while during your stay, please be sure to give us a call or leave a note so that we know to repair or replace it.
