Perfect place for a quick golf trip/getaway. Great location, was easy to get to and is centrally located to restaurants and breweries. Hosts were great with communication and expectations. I highly recommend this place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook 3 meals, the beds were comfortable & the views of evergreens out of most windows were lovely. It was also very close to all the things we wanted to do.

Very nice and clean place to explore Bellingham! Our family had a great time biking and so convenient to Galbraith. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the owners are very nice and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay in Bellingham! We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks and it was perfect! The location was great - super easy access to Galbraith and a quick jog to Whatcom Falls Park and the lake. What really made our experience special were the hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The gift basket upon arrival and chocolates on the beds were a nice touch! And all the prior reviews are correct - the beds are extra comfy! Nothing better than laying in bed listening to the woods - the owls, coyotes, deer, and even a little bit of summer rain. We are already looking forward to coming back! Thank you so much, Kevin and Jessa!

Such an amazing place to stay! We stayed for a week to visit family in the area, and the house was a very comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. Very friendly and responsive host, and a lot of nature walks in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely spot!

A great place to stay! The owners are super helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The place is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Lots of nice touches. It's a peaceful, quiet spot and we would definitely book it again.

Loved staying here. Quiet neighborhood. My mother in law called it her stay up in the trees. Good location and only miles away from downtown and they bay. Jessa was amazing and responded quickly.

Great staycation

A friend and I came to Bellingham to visit another friend. This 2nd floor unit in a 3-unit "house" was only ten minutes away, but felt like it was in the forest. The street is very quiet and the house is surrounded by trees. The owners were incredibly thoughtful, with great communication and offering fun suggestions of local activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment

We had a great time staying at Jessa and Kevin’s retreat. They are great, considerate hosts. We were very comfortable in the apartment, appreciated all the local insight and suggestions, were impressed with the gift basket and generosity of supplies. There was plenty of space for the two of us and we could easily access all the area highlights from Fairhaven to Mt. Baker. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would stay here again if back in the area.

Convenient for family visit

This is the second time we have stayed at the Galbraith Mountain Retreat, and both times it has been perfect for us since our daughter and her family live nearby. Our stays were both very comfortable, and although we didn’t mountain bike, the Galbraith Mountain entrance is nearby. Whatcom Falls Park is also not far and has pretty falls, nice hiking trails, and a couple of playgrounds. The location is convenient and the apartment is well equipped and quite comfortable.
