Cleanliness is very important to us, and the home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. When you reached out, we responded promptly and arranged for our cleaner to return and check the property again to address your concerns. The cleaner confirmed that the home was clean and in normal condition. As with many homes, it’s possible for the occasional insect to enter, especially depending on the season, but this does not reflect the overall cleanliness of the property. We also did not receive any reports from other guests regarding the issues mentioned. Regarding the neighborhood and noise, those are factors outside of our control. However, we always do our best to assist guests whenever possible during their stay. We take guest feedback seriously and continuously work to maintain and improve the property for future guests.
