Hi, thank you so much for your comments. Yeah we do love this neighborhood. It’s so charming and it has historic craftsman’s. It is a historic neighborhood in Long Beach called “Rose Park” and the neighbors are all friendly in this neighborhood. Thank you so much and come back anytime.

Hi thanks for the five star rating! Yes we agree it can be a challenge to find parking right out front. But often you can. Also within about a block walk you can find parking and it’s a very cute neighborhood.

Yes parking is difficult in long beach this close to the ocean, but you can usually find parking a block or 2 away at the most. then the neighborhood is nice to walk. We used to live there for 5 years so we used uber to get around locally usually its under $5-10 for a local trip and don't have to deal with the parking. Thanks for staying

Hello Royeann Thanks for letting us know this. We actually found out from the last guest that a lot of things were taken while they were there by accident, as they stayed for a full month. We have since replaced all the towels, and cookware. We would have gladly replaced anything while you were there, had you let us know. We are very close by and are always happy to provide anything requested. Thanks for the stay! And that we can improve

Hi, hello thanks for your stay this is actually a historic area of Long Beach. It’s an eight minute drive to the beach. Google search Rose Park in Long Beach. It’s a great neighborhood. The houses are close together, but that’s how Long Beach is and it is a city close to the beach. Also, I know when you got there, you said you were from a rural area this is not like rural Montana. This is Long Beach 12 blocks to the ocean so it’s a lot denser like many beach cities. The area is very safe. Also since your stay, we did add another AC unit and we added a refrigerator New that does not have the cooling issue. Thank you for your comments as we did add these things. Also on Fourth of July, there is definitely a major parking problem and it is usually hard after 6 PM so we mentioned that. The best way is you can usually find something one block away. Why are Property is a lot lower price than others is that since we don’t have private parking we only have the street parking. Usually, you can find a parking spot. But as mentioned this is near the ocean and it’s a city not rural area majority of the people love it. Also, you don’t have to bring luggage far off. You can just double park and then drop off your luggage. I wish you had contacted me and I would’ve given you some more advice anyways I hope you have a good day. Thank you for your feedback Back.

Hi Janelle I’m sorry we couldn’t refund you or let you stay the extra nights that you requested. I understand that this could have upset you as well. We’re glad overall the stay was good though Also also, we do have extra toilet paper as well as dish towers, extra spatulas in anything that you need you would just have to contact me and I could’ve told you where they were usually they’re in the extra kitchen cabinets and there’s also the paper towels and toilet paper in the cabinets. We are replacing the manual as I see that our house manual was missing for your stay. Sorry we couldn’t allow extra days there that you wanted to extend but we had other guests coming.
