The unit is located steps from both the largest private pool on the Island and the Atlantic Ocean, on the preferred east side of the complex. This luxurious retreat has one bedroom, two full bathrooms and accommodates up to four guests. As you enter the condo you are greeted with an open floor plan, a comfortable sectional with queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, full sized washer/dryer and a full bath on the main floor. The upper floor boasts a large bedroom, a king sized bed and an en suite full bathroom. Enjoy the view from two balconies on the upper floor. Free covered parking directly underneath the condo. You can lounge by the large, elevated pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy the ocean breeze in the Tiki huts and cook your catch on the available gas grills. The complex also has a clubhouse and allows fishing from the docks and bulkheads which are equipped with fish cleaning stations. We also have a sister condo two doors down. The sister condo has one bedroom and one and a half baths in the adjoining building for those who need additional space for family, friends or fishing buddies.
