Botanist’s Retreat is my parents` house. They met as botanists over 30 years ago. I spent my childhood days with tons of plants filled in each of the houses we have lived in and collecting plant/soil samples, hence the plant theme! Hope you will enjoy this peaceful respite.

✹ You can throw the trash out in the trash cans on the side of the house. If you go out the back door they should be on your left
✹ PETS: Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet along. A fee of $50 per pet per stay applies, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there are no damages caused by the pet.
✹A $100 fee will be charged for guests who have excessive trash.

-Excessive noise: $250 first incident, $400 after (or $200/hr if sustained)
-Extra guests not on booking: $100 per guest/night (min $200)
-Smoking inside: $400 + remediation
-Unauthorized pet: $300 + cleaning
-Device tampering (Minut, Ring, Wi-Fi, pool): $250 per device
-Late checkout (unauthorized): $100 per hour (min $100); after 2 hours = full night + turnover costs
