THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Indian Rocks Beach has 3 miles of white-sand beach and a true small-town “village” feel: mostly cottages, local restaurants, and no tourist traps. Walk to the beach in about 4 minutes and to Kooky Coconut and a handful of restaurants in under 10. The Jolly Trolley runs up and down the beach.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The private balcony is currently under renovation.
• Dogs welcome: $100 per dog per stay (non-refundable)
• Early check-in may be available for an extra fee
• Quiet hours start at 9pm, and the outdoor patio closes at 10pm. This is not a party house.
• Please keep the thermostat at 69°F or above so the system runs properly.
