Bietet zwei große Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein offenes geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Patio mit Feuerstelle, Tischen, Stühlen, Whirlpool, Grill, bietet auch Fahrräder und Liegestühle. Spazieren Sie in der Nähe des Strandes, von Restaurants, Cocktails, Eis und vielen anderen Geschäften. Gehen Sie einen halben Block in die Nachbarschaft, um den fabelhaften Kolb-Park mit Tennis, Shuffleboard, Skateboard-Park, Spielplatz, Basketball oder einem Baseballspiel zu erkunden. Wunderbares Haus nahe am Strand

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders die wenigen Schritte bis zum Strand waren ideal. Zum Haus gehörten u.a. ein Handkarren mit Strandstühlen, Strandlaken und Sonnenschirm. Ließ sich alle bequem zum Strand transportieren.

5-Star Retreat

Photos didn't do this justice to this beautiful, and extremely well-appointed home! Beautiful, high-end and pristine furnishings throughout. Every amenity available inside and out to enjoy our stay, and wonderful communication with Paula, our host. Beach access was very convenient and allowed for wonderful sunset walks! Just wish we could have extended our visit to take advantage of all that is offered. Looking forward to our return stay!

Sparkling Clean Cottage Close to Beach

Great location! One block from beach. Host provided all the beach necessities including chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, & boogie boards. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops & ice cream. And then you can relax at night in the hot tub. We loved our stay!

Cute cottage at a great location. The extra amenities were great too for a beach day. Hurricane Helene shortened our stay quite a bit but communication with the host remained great

Best Location in IRB

You can't beat this location for an Indian Rocks Beach rental! Walk across the street and you are at the (never too crowded) beautiful beach. They provide a wagon that you can load up with chairs, floats, umbrellas, towels, toys and coolers, all provided! Walking distance from great restaurants, bars, ice cream, and rental shops. We borrowed their 2 bikes for a cruise through the neighborhood to find the town park including free: Playgrounds, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts, Basketball court, fields, skate park, library abd art center. The rental even has tennis rackets, just bring your own can of balls. Did I mention this is one of very few rentals with a private outdoor heated jacuzzi? Bonus! This was our second stay at Beachy Keen. We stayed in B last year and A this year. Both are very nice.

Bismarck ND to Indian Rocks......

Wow, wow, WOW!!!!! Everything about this property is magical! Super clean and comfortable. Beach theme styled and all of the little extras left by former renters...perfection! The owner is sweet and kind. Next time we will stay a week. LITERALLY A 3 MINUTE WALK from the front door to the gorgeous sandy beaches!!! Plus wagons and chairs to use!! I wish i could give this home 10 stars!!

Great beach getaway

This is a well appointed little cottage with a convenient location. We loved how close it was to beach access and local restaurants. In a nice quiet neighborhood. We also appreciated that there was beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach cart, etc. available for use.

We didn’t get to the house until 1am and was happy to see there was a light on inside. Place is super cute. Exactly like the pics. Great location. Quick walk to the beach. Several places to eat within walking distance.

Great place, minutes walk to the beach

We loved our stay! The unit was up-to-date and very clean. I appreciated all the amenities including every beach accessory you'd ever need - carts, backpack beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. The hot tub was perfect for the kiddos after the beach too! And the 3 minute walk to the beach was the best part. Host communicated quickly and often anytime I had a question, and was extremely accommodating, letting us check in early and out late! We will definitely be back!

Nice Weekend Stay

Very nice trip, we're familiar with the area so the access to the beach was priority for us, too bad the weather did not cooperate but that's January for you. Easy walk less than 5 minutes to the beach. Vacation home was very nice, clean. Good communication for the couple questions we had after we arrived.

Getaway with potential

There are some really great things about this place, and with a little attention it could be 5 stars. The location is great. It is close to some food options, a short walk to the beach, and the unit is appointed well. The air was off on our arrival and it was over 80° inside (at 10pm). I had a lot of communication with the host and no one could fix it until the next day. It was a rough night with that heat. The unit was not cleaned well. After bugging the host about the heat, we gave up trying to reach out and spwnt our time out of the unit because several things need attention. There is mold in the shower by the living room, mold on the water spout on the fridge, the filter on the fridge needs changed, the bikes have rusted chains and a flat tire so they cant be used, and the tv's audio kept going in and out. We had to keep turning it off and on for it to work. There is no smoke detector in the kitchen (its on a shelf, new in the package and not installed). The hot tub was dirty and the display does not work, so you couldn't turn on jets, lights, or anything. Check out is 10, and you have to wash the dishes and the towels, so I'm not sure what the cleaning fee is for, because it appears they do not clean. Many of these are minor, and this place would be great if they were addressed. It sounds like no one cares for the unit except for "cleaning" that occurs.

Great stay by the beach

We loved being so close to the beach. There is tons of beach equipment available for use. Beds were very comfortable. There were som hiccups with check in but Paula and team worked hard to accommodate my family. It was a great stay by the beach!

This little slice of paradise is right across the street from world famous Indian Rocks Beach. Not only awesome beach property, but wonderful for sports enthusiasts. PickleBall, Tennis, Skateboard Park, Basketball, Fishing, Kayaking, Surfing, Boating...all within a couple blocks.

These fully updated cottages are loaded with nice “Extras”. Well stocked kitchens including spices and paper goods. Sleep Number King Bed in Master Bedroom. 2 Parking Spaces per Cottage. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Patio Furniture, Grill, and 11ft Umbrella on your patio. Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
