This is an amazing property. It has everything you need, There were a few details that were overlooked. The house is big and full of high quality features. It deserves an instruction guide, so that renters can avoid surprises or have to get on discovery mode to make things work. Anyway, after some minor initial adjustments, and good communication with the owner, we had a great, great time. Very nice house, indeed.

The house was amazingly beautiful that accommodated three generations of 10 quite nicely. Having a pool meant we were not totally dependent solely on the oceans and ponds. The hot tub was also very popular. Having the two pianos was great since Grandpa is a professional pianist. All of the rooms were clean with enough bathrooms for all of us. The game room gave the children adults their own space when they needed it. The host was very responsive to anything we asked for or if we needed instructions. The host was very helpful and reassuring, making us feel comfortable. It was definitely a family friendly experience with wonderful, lasting memories.

Wellfleet Getaway

This was our favorite vacation rental ever. Our family group of 10 including 3 boys ages 5 and under had an amazing time. The hot tub and pool were a huge hit. The house was so spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the rooftop deck every evening. The host was veryresponsive to a few questions we had. Also, a beautiful location!

Lovely home

We had a great week in Wellfleet. As two families of four traveling together, we appreciated having multiple bedrooms with king beds and the large and well-appointed kitchen. The kids loved the pool, the game room, the screening room, and especially the hot tub in the sun room. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions. We appreciated the proximity to the bike paths, Marconi beach, and several restaurants.

This house is very impressive. It is newly remodeled so everything is new and clean. We are a family of 11, 7 adults and 4 children ages 3, 6, 10 and 12, and the three floors of space was wonderful for us all to stretch out and live very comfortably. The pool is large and was professionally cleaned at the start of our stay. But the Hot Tub was the big hit for the kids...used every day after coming back from our excursions. The open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor easily accommodated us all and the appliances in the kitchen were first rate. The finished basement contains a game room and a movie room which accommodates streaming TV. The wrap around deck on the second floor and the open deck on the third floor is clean and very large. You can see the ocean from the Top Deck. The location was perfect for us since we loved the beaches (Wellfleet beaches are magnificent - get a 7 day beach sticker at Town Hall for easy entrance) and the rail trail for biking is just down the road. The Host was very accessible by texting with any questions or suggestions. We all gave the house and pool and location a 10 out of 10.

Amazing house, modern, big and clean

This was a great place for our family. Clean and had lots of space, many nice bathrooms and bedroom pairings. Pool was fun to use in the afternoon.Some small issues with an AC that needed fixing and it was tricky getting all our trash picked up, but otherwise we loved the house. Some family commented on difficulty using the push cabinets in the kitchen and the rusting knives. Some provided pans were not compatible with the induction stovetop.
