This conveniently located resort, on the edge of Granby, CO, offers easy access to Granby Ranch (Ski/Bike), Winter Park (Ski/Bike), Snow Mountain Ranch (YMCA), Lake Granby & Grand Lake (Boating/fishing), and Rocky Mountain National Park. On-site amenities include a pool, hot tubs, arcade, restaurant/bar, athletic club, racquetball courts, family center, barber shop, tattoo studio, and more.

The Space

The middle (2nd) floor condo is about 450 sqft. A studio layout with the kitchen, living room and bedroom all in one room. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils and gadgets, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, etc.. Full size fridge microwave and dishwasher, 4 burner stove with oven, 4 place kitchen table rounds out the functional kitchen. Living room is comprised of a full sized couch the pulls out into a queen bed. 55" smart tv, speedy wifi and a warm throw blanket to curl up with. The Bedroom area consists a luxurious and comfy King sized bed, a fireplace (paper logs only)and window with a wonderful mountain view. Full bathroom includes a deep soaker tub/shower, large mirror, toilet, plenty of counterspace and lighting.
