Book this modern and spacious 4-bedroom pool home just minutes from the shops in Downtown Cape Coral! With 2 King Master Bedrooms, a modern HEATED pool (winter), & a fire pit seating area overlooking the saltwater canal! This open-concept kitchen and living room home is just a quick 20-minute drive to Ft. Myers beach & a bike ride to the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach. The garage boasts 6 bikes (you provide helmets) for your use. Fast WiFi, Coffee, All kitchen utensils, Beach Gear, and so much more.
The space Your Vacation Home with TWO King Master suites has a stylish mix of contemporary and mid-century modern furnishings, an incredible view of the saltwater canal out back, a refinished pool with new pavers, and is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to downtown. It’s also very close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! The waterfront fire pit with Adirondack chairs and an expansive canal view makes for an ultra-relaxing and peaceful environment. Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 10-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Plus, we have 6 bikes and beach gear included in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay!
Book this fully renovated home boasting one luxury king-bed suite on the left side of the home and the other on the right side. The left-side master suite has a private access sliding door out to the HEATED pool and patio area. Both king suites have smart TVs.
One guest room has 2 single beds with a sliding door out to the pool area while the other guest room has 2 double beds. Each bedroom has a closet and storage for clothing.
The laundry in the garage provides a full-size front load washer and dryer set along with a table next to it for folding laundry. We also provide laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets for your stay.
This home is located just a short walk or bike ride to shopping, amazing restaurants, and nightlife. For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Fish Tales, all within an easy 5-10 minute walk from the house.
We provide sheets, towels, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher pods and coffee for every stay. There also is an iron and ironing board available for use.
TOILETRIES - We are happy to always provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival, including 2-3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. However, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.
* TELEVISIONS The two king bedrooms and the living room all have smart TVs. Remember to bring along your logins for your favorite TV streaming apps.
Guests who stay have full access to the entire space with no shared space. The garage space is available, but most guests typically just use the driveway.
* POOL INFO Please use extra caution to ensure safety around the pool area at all times. Remember, there was no diving in the pool and no running around the pool.
* POOL HEATER * (ONLY NOVEMBER-END OF APRIL) The pool heater is set to 85* and should not be altered. The heater and pool pump both run from about 9 am to 5 pm. The heater only heats throughout that time, and the timer can also NOT be altered.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised that there is one ring doorbell at the front door on the exterior of the house and 5 other exterior cameras. One on each side pointing towards the side yards, one on the front covering the front yard, and 2 on the back of the house covering the pool equipment. There are no interior cameras or audio devices.
PETS Please note that pets are currently not allowed. If a pet is brought into the property without any written approval, a substantial additional fee will be charged.
POOL, LAWN, PEST CONTROL *** Please note that we do have pool service, lawn service, and a pest control service that comes on a somewhat regular basis. The pool service typically happens on Mondays, and the lawn is typically cut on Tuesdays. The pest control company comes once a quarter and whenever needed.
Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming or riding bike is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and/or biking. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming or biking and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and riding bike may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or riding bike if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or bikes while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or riding bike. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
Additional Information We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. You and your guests will have full private access to the entire house, pool, yard & outdoor space. While there is a wonderful view of the saltwater canal, it only offers about 5 feet of canal frontage. While that is enough space to put in a kayak or canoe, or maybe be picked up by a boat, there isn’t enough room to dock a boat during a stay.
* GUEST WIFI The WiFi network is “Coral Vibes". You will get the password at check-in.
* CHECK-IN TIMES Check-in time is 4 pm or later. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest. (Check out after 10 am will incur additional fees).
* OUTDOOR LIGHTING The front of the house has a porch light as well as a solar powered post light. Outback there is a light in the pool that functions with a switch on the wall in the kitchen.
* BBQ GRILLE There is a BBQ propane grille on the patio out back of the house. Please clean the grates, make sure the propane valve is turned off, and put the cover back on prior to checking out. There should always be a full tank available in the garage. If it runs out for any reason, please let us know and we will respond quickly.
For reference, the closet in the dining area is locked out for the owners' use as “storage only”. Our guests always have private and full exclusivity of the entire home during their stay.
Other things to note While we are experienced hosts and strongly believe that we thought of everything during setup, if you check in and feel something is missing or not easy to find, please message us anytime!

Cute Cape Coral House
I stayed at the house with my husband and 3 adult children. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. It is well appointed and has everything you need for a great stay. There are plenty of kitchen essentials for cooking (dishes, pots, pans, utensils and spices). Having a pool was great and we loved the view of the canal. They really have thought of everything. I would not hesitate to stay or recommend this house. Theresa was a good communicator.

Great home away from home
We had a great time at this rental and would definitely choose it again when we return to Cape Coral/Fort Myers. The location is perfect, as it is in a neighborhood that is close to everything we wanted to see and do.
The cleanliness of the home was impressive, and it was well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It was evident that the owners take great care in maintaining the property.
The highlight of our stay was the sparkling clean pool. It was refreshing and inviting, and the variety of toys provided added an extra element of fun for both kids and adults.
Not only was the property exceptional, but the owner was also incredibly nice and easy to work with. They were responsive and accommodating, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, our experience at this home was top-notch. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy, providing us with a memorable stay - we’ll definitely book again in the future.
