Fabulous, spacious condo with pool, 5 mins from Mullins Beach.

The condo is large and airy, but has a welcoming feel. The red cool tiles run throughout the condo, with light wooden framing, and matching kitchen units.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with brand new cooker, and fridge/freezer, plus all new appliances. The kitchen opens to the lounge, and beyond to the patio and pool. So no one cooking will feel shut off. The lounge makes for a comfortable socialising area, we have plenty of board games, or simply watching TV. We are sure you will find your favourite programme on the 3000+ channels, including Sky Sports. There is also Netflix.

Casablanca may not be suitable for children under 5 years old as the pool is unattended and does not have a shallow end.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, with an ensuite shower room, plus WC. The bedroom doors lead on to the patio, and directly to the pool.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, that can be configured into twin beds.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is a second shower room with WC off the hallway.

The patio area is a beautiful place to relax, read a book, or perhaps just look out at the garden, pool and wildlife around.

The patio stays nicely shaded all day long, so it's lovely to also sit at the dining table for your meals, without being directly in the sun.

Two beach chairs, a cool box, and plenty of beach towels are supplied, for your beach destinations

The bonus of the ground floor, is being able to walk directly out to the pool. The outside area is shared with three other condos in Casablanca, so it's never too busy! There are plenty of sunbeds.
There is also a BBQ outside for all four condos use.

The front and patio iron gates, can be locked. This means, you can have the normal doors open to keep a breeze moving throughout, but be fully secure. The windows also have railings on them, giving you peace of mind.
