(2 day minimum) You must reach out to us at least two days prior, as depending on the time of the year it takes a few days for the pool to heat to temperature. There is no extra charge to heat the spa, as it is on demand heating. **This is a gated neighborhood with a 24/7 guard. Guests will be required to provide the names of all guests staying at the property at the time of booking for access to the neighborhood during your stay. All guests are required to show their ID when checking in at the guard shack to obtain access. Visitors to the property must be approved in advance and is at the hosts discretion. You must contact us to request approval of any non-guest visitors. **Any unauthorized guests or visitors to the property will result in immediate termination of your stay.***

Great Stay
We stayed here during our trip to visit family in Tucson. The house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and high end furnishings. We loved the views from the home, as well as the upscale, quiet, neighborhood where it was located. The house was exactly as described. The host was great at communicating with us and we appreciated her great restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Tucson!
