Great condo in Villas by the Gulf A-2 on Pensacola Beach! Updated kitchen to include stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Master bedroom accommodates a king bedroom set and sleeps 2. The second bedroom accommodates 2 queen beds and sleeps 4. A full bath lies between the bedrooms and accommodates a tub shower and granite vanity. A washer/dryer combo is also provided for your bathing suits and linen wash needs. The living room accommodates a sleeper sofa and 50 inch TV for evening entertainment. Dining space is provided to include a 4 place setting bar table as well as 3 bar stools and kitchen bar. Villas by the Gulf provides a refreshing pool as well as gazebo and private pond on the property. There is also a rentable clubhouse for private parties and 1 covered parking space and several uncovered spaces. 2-3 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the pool. Amazing

Dan is awesome to deal with he answered all of my questions and concerns the condo is nicely located kinda far from the boardwalk but sits right next to the free trolley stops. So getting there was super convenient. Definitely look forward to booking again

Great home away from home

This was a nice size condo. Quiet with plenty of room. Good location and nice grounds. The beach was not crowded at all and was just a short stroll.

Very clean

Very clean, short walk to the beach. Property and condo was very clean and quite. Great place to take grandkids. If we would go back we would sure stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

We loved this condo. It was on the quieter side of Pensacola Beach, but close enough to all of the fun. Very quick walk to the beach and the pool was nice. The condo had plenty of room for all 5 adults. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels. Another big plus was the trolly stop right outside the complex. Definitely would stay here again.

It was a nice place. However had to purchase more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Also wish there would have been at least minimal spices or at least salt and pepper But was a nice place in general

Great place awesome vacation.

The condo was great. It looked like the pictures. Wonderful locations. The only two things that bothered us. Was it didn't have a hair dryer. Also the sliding Door was really hard to open. And it could use a full length mirror. Other then those things. It was a nice place to stay. We would stay there again. When we come back down. Thanks to Dan for such a nice stay at a home away from home.

A Place to Sleep

The description was not accurate, it states that this property has a hot tub and grill, neither were available at this stay. The stairwell and entrance to this rental is FILTHY, multiple neighboring renters were groups of teens partying all night long. Multiple dishes in the cupboard were dirty. It was a place to sleep but not a place to you want to spend any amount of time or take your young family.

I am sorry this tenant did not fully enjoy their stay. To respond, there is NOT a hot tub on this property but there is a charcoal grill in the parking area, but not on the back deck, the association doesn't allow them there. I do not rent to Spring break groups but some owners do, and this particular rental occured during spring break when college groups are prominent. So please be aware of that during March rentals. The stairwell leading to the unit, which is the top floor, is a covered stair but is exposed to the outside air and does gather dust and leaves at times. I will mention this to the association to get cleaned or vacuumed, but it does not reflect the cleanliness of the inside of the unit.

The property owner was't accommodating. Wanted to charge extra $150 to get in condo couple hours ear

Washer and dryer combinations was horrible. Would not dry clothes properly. Stairs going down from balcony are a hazard. Need gates at top of stairs from balcony so small children don't fall down stairs. Condo needs repairs. Front door extremely dirty. Screen on patio doors doesn't fit. Would not secure at top. Part of my family was in A-5 which was a much nicer condo. They were able to get in their condo sooner and was not charged. Their host was a lot more accommodating than mine

Thanks for your feedback and for staying. This tenant became upset when they couldn't check in at noon. Normal checkin is at 5pm. I charge extra for early checkins as I have to pay extra housekeepers. The back steps are being redone by the association and were in need of repairs, but that is done now. The only repair that this condo needs is the loose screen. Everything else is in great working condition. Read the other feedback reviews for more accurate non-emotionally driven comments. Thanks!
