LOTS not working
Please READ before you book!!!
- you will have to pay a $300 deposit upon arrival separate from your Vrbo charge. If you don’t have cash it will be $9 non-refundable to use a card.
-you don’t get keys or wristbands on sight, you have to make a special trip to another inconvenient location
- freezer broken, wouldn’t cool or make ice… we had to buy ice and it melted onto the kitchen floor because freezer wouldn’t stay cold
- master toilet not working properly and VERY loud, couldn’t use it at night without waking up the entire unit and probably the unit upstairs too
- coffee maker on last leg, takes a long time and very noisy. (Weird)
- not stocked well, bring Everything. No plastic cups, broken/chipped coffee mugs, very limited cooking pots, no Tupperware or storage containers, no simple seasonings like salt and pepper
- None of the TVs worked probably because they didn’t pay their cable bill AND NO WI-FI at all… so no streaming unless your data works.
- NO hair dryer even though the listing says there is.
We tried calling multiple times, maintenance came 2 hours after our next day appointment was scheduled. Then, day before last Maids came inside the unit without notice. And the only reason we knew was because they dropped off paper towels and toilet paper that we didn’t need… we had valuables out that we would have put away.
This management company was disappointing to say the very least. We will NEVER rent from casago ever.
