The amenities include fast wireless internet, 2 smart TVs, central air/heat, washer/dryer, gas grill and many other wonderful features. There is plenty of working space with a desk in the living room and one bedroom. Kid friendly with a pack-n-play and highchair.

As you walk into the home through the front door, you will go up approximately 3 steps to a porch with two rocking chairs. You enter into a hallway that will lead into an open concept living room with a comfy sofa, bench, 50" smart tv, large round coffee table and extra pouf seating.

The living room opens into the kitchen and spacious dining room where its wooden dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. The kitchen overhang island can seat up to 3 guests.

There is a full coffee bar with a Keurig and traditional coffee pot. Everything you need to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with a brand-new stove, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy your meals on stunning white bone china dinnerware. A highchair for kids is available along with kids plates, bowls, cups and serving ware. A snow cone machine for fun deserts that everyone can devour with yummy flavors!

Laundry Room:

There is a laundry room on the main floor with a washer/dryer so you can take care of your laundry needs.

Bedrooms:

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 bedroom on the main floor. All 4 bedrooms come with new beds and memory foam mattresses. There are cotton white sheets and quilts on all beds. There was absolutely no skimping on quality for a great night of sleep!

Bedroom 1: located on the 1st floor complete with a king-size bed and a twin daybed. There is a 50” Smart TV. There is a large wardrobe armoire for storage.

Bedroom 2: located on the 2nd floor has a queen size bed and a desk.

Bedroom 3: located on the 2nd floor has two twin bunkbeds.
As you go into the hallway upstairs, you will find a bathroom with a tub and shower.

Bedroom 4: located in the 2nd floor has an additional bonus area for more sleeping space. The main area has 1 Queen bed. The bonus room has two twin beds. The bonus room doesn't have a door separating the space so this entire area is referred to as one bedroom. Perfect for family or friends as it offers some privacy while being a shared space
Outdoor Area:
The yard is perfect for gathering! The property has a wood deck with a dining table and gas grill. The yard has a sitting area with adirindack chairs, gas fire pit and a hammock for ultimate lounging.
