Alicia was very responsive to messages and very welcoming. We had a very late arrival and she made sure the lights were turned on the home was even decorated for the holidays. The amenities were perfect and everything was very clean.

Perfect stay! Lovely views with easy access to everything in Sedona and the trails. The house is just as pictured and described. Comfortable beds and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Prosecco and coffee gifts were a nice and appreciated addition. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Really great place. Well stocked, quality furniture. Beds were some of the best. Comes with a separated “apt” room that’s nice to work in or have privacy. Close to downtown and nice views. Would stay again.

My sister and I had the most amazing stay at this property for our sister trip to Sedona! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location couldn’t have been better—nestled in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views of the red rocks, yet close enough to all the great hiking trails, restaurants, and shops. Waking up to the stunning scenery every morning was an absolute dream!The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The attention to detail made us feel right at home, and we especially loved spending time on the patio, soaking in the views and relaxing after a day of exploring.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Sedona. Stunning Views and Perfect Location in Sedona

We had an incredible stay at this property. The view of Sedona's desert and red rocks was breathtaking. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect retreat. The facilities were modern and up-to-date, and all features were exactly as advertised. The host was highly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, with easy access to key places like the heritage museum, walking trails, and shopping areas. Highly recommended!

AMAZING !

The property is amazing! Awesome views of the red rock from all around and beautifully remodeled are exactly as the photos indicate. The location is secluded enough where you feel the quiet and calm that Sedona is, while the convenience of shopping, restaurants and trails are close by. Alicia was the perfect host and made sure the property was everything she indicated in her description and a bottle of bubbly to top it all off. All of this made the memories created for this special and long overdue aunt/nephew trip everything we could have hoped for! To top it all off - a treasured “left behind” fleece was graciously sent back along with a greatly missed solo earbud

Comfort with a view

This is an extremely comfortable property with spectacular views. Location is ideal for heading downtown or out to the many trails in Sedona. Would definitely recommend this property for 2-3 couples our families of 4-6. One of our favorite features was playing music records on the turntable in the living room. Selection of music was perfect for our group.

Perfect for my family

Just as advertised, this home was beautifully renovated and was simply immaculate. High end all around with comfort clearly in mind. Alicia was incredible responsive and super friendly. The location could not be better, close enough to everything Sedona without having to worry about the crowds. My family of five had a blast and cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that feels like home, is close to it all but manages to avoid the crowds, you cannot do better!

Great location, wonderful home and views

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Sedona. The weather was cold and even snowed one morning during our visit. The views from the property made it the perfect place to stay indoors and watch the snow fall. Would definitely stay again.

Restful Location Ideal for Hiking

This is a beautiful home with stunning views. The location was perfect for hikes around Sedona. We also made a day trip to Grand Canyon which was only about 2 hrs away. Absolutely would stay here again next time we're in Sedona

Perfect location; immaculate well appointed home

This home has everything a family needs. Kitchen is particularly well appointed. When we arrived, everything was in place neatly, even in kitchen drawers! I also appreciate the quality of all supplies, down to the kitchen towels! There is a separate entrance for one bedroom / bathroom (basically a studio)-this was perfect for our 17 yo daughter who is working on her independence before she flies the next to college. The property is about 3/4 mile to the trailhead for submarine rock / chicken point; making hikes leaving from there walkable from this home! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location near shops, restaurants and hikes. House had all the amenities you could want and the views are amazing! Great spot for viewing the stars at night. Would definitely visit again!
