⭐ Private Areas: Please note that the two sheds on the property are off-limits as they are used for yard and pool maintenance.

⭐DIRECTIONS TO BEACH:
- Take Donald Ross going east to Ocean Drive and turn left.
- Loggerhead Marine Life on your left, and the beach on your right.
- Then go a couple of blocks, and you will see the Juno Pier on your right and Marcinski on your left.
- Please be sure to look for street parking and showers at entrances.

⭐ Parking for public beach:
- Access to parking on Ocean Drive - free side street parking.
- Put Marcinski Park in GPS for additional beach parking.

🏌️ Love Golfing? Only 2 miles away in Abacoa.

🛍️ Shopping: Palm Beach Gardens Mall and Whole Foods is 6 miles away for all your shopping needs. Publix and Home Depot are also just 3 miles down the road.

🚗 Easy Access: The I-95 exit at Donald Ross is about 5 miles away, making travel convenient.

✈️ Airport Proximity: Just 18 miles to Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), Palm Beach, and the Palm Beach Convention Center.

★ The pool is heated to 80°F from November to March for your comfort.
★ The private pickleball court is ready for year-round play. Pickleball paddles and ping pong paddles are also provided.
★ The backyard is gated for added security. Please keep the gate closed at all times.
★ The back patio door is equipped with a safety child lock positioned high on the door.
★ Important: Swim at your own risk, and note that there is a pond next to the property—no swimming allowed in the pond.
★ The fire pit is available for use - We stock firewood once for the season but do not replenish it. If you need firewood, the Homedepot sells starter logs and firewood. Matches and a lighter should be in the outdoor kitchen box or inside the kitchen drawer.
★ For boat rentals: we can provide recommendations if needed.

🏖️ Beach Gear & Equipment

★ We provide beach chairs, towels, noodles, and bikes with helmets for your stay. Please return them to the garage to avoid a fee at check-out.

🔐 Safety & Property Rules

★ Keep all doors locked and closed to prevent temperature fluctuations and bugs from entering the house.
★ Do not take indoor furniture outside, as moisture can cause damage.
★If there is going to be inclement weather, please put the umbrellas and outdoor cushions in the garage.

🚫 Events & Visitors

★ We are not licensed to host events on the property due to insurance and fire code restrictions.
★ Please ensure any visitors are approved in advance to avoid trespassing concerns.
★ No Pets: Unauthorized pets result in a $500 fee. Hypoallergenic dogs are considered with prior approval.

⭐ We provide a starter supply of essentials to last approximately 4 days — just to help you settle in comfortably.

⭐ Please note: There are outdoor security cameras on the property for insurance and safety purposes. These are owner-operated and located only on the exterior.
House Rules

No Pets: $200.00 cleaning fee, if we see one enter on the camera. Permission for small, hypoallergenic dogs is considered. No communication on pets will result in cancellation or a minimum $200.00 fee.

No Parties: include all visitors of guests must be approved by the host, any event needs to be communicated to the host, guests of guests are trespassing otherwise and can result in immediate cancellation. We all have to abide by our insurance coverage rules. Please No decorations where you put tape on the wall, no glitter, and no confetti.

No Smoking: Not even near the doors to the inside, if someone vapes or smokes outside please put all buds and ashes in an ashtray. There is no smoking in the garage, as well.

No feeding the wildlife: There are beautiful birds that visit the Golden Hour, but it is against Florida law to feed them.

Pool Rules: Swim at your own risk, watch your children around the pool, do not jump off the main roof or outside the kitchen roof. No running around the pool, and no food or trash left in the pool. Drink responsibly around the pool. Keep in mind that the pool is heated to 80°F ONLY from November to March.
Wash beach sand off before entering Airbnb. A hose can be found by the side entrance.

Other Rules:
- Keep Airbnb locked at all times.
- No shoes on all area rugs.
- No eating or dark liquids in bedrooms.
