An amazing property right on Great Bay Beach. Best location and time we’ve ever had in Saint Martin. Definitely will be back to Villa #9!! Wally was an excellent manager and neighbors who lived there year-round were awesome as well!! Easy walk to the boardwalk with great food and amazing people and shops! Everything was beyond our expectations!

Wally the manager is great to work with. Unit was clean. Great beach view. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to Philipsburg for meals. Can watch cruise ships come in, but are are enough away that the people don’t bother you as you relax. Get a small car as parking is tight.

The pictures were accurate. The location was perfect. It was walking distances from Phillipsburg. The ocean was right there. Wally, the property manager, was very responsive before arriving and during my stay. This was a very relaxing trip. Thank you!

This place was amazing! Great location on the beach… with privacy The views were memory making… especially the sunsets! Wonderful place

Beautiful getaway

The villa was perfect for our family of 4 including our teenage daughter and infant son. We were walking distance to great restaurants and markets to pick up food to cook at home. There was a fully equipped kitchen. The property manager was super accommodating with any requests.

Great villa and location

Wally was wonderful to work with. He was communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The villa is comfortable, and the small market close by makes it convenient if you want to cook a meal for yourself. It was lovely being able to use the pool, head down to the beach, rinse off in the shower outside, and dry off on the patio.

This place is Amazing.

We loved the Villa, it’s so comfortable and inviting. The villa is very quiet with a gorgeous beach view and just steps to the water. The location to anything you want to do is perfect. We will definitely be back.

Exactly what we needed/wanted!

Right on the ocean, great views, super weather, steps away from the boardwalk and shopping, super helpful staff with great recomendations. Everything about our week was superb!!

Wonderful stay!

We loved the property and location to the beach and the boardwalk. It’s a quiet location with beautiful sunsets! Wally, the property manager, is very friendly and knows everything about the island. He has great suggestions about restaurants and beaches!! He welcomed us and really helped us get settled. A great vacation!!

Top Location

Loved being beachfront in a location that's close to the action if you want it, yet down the beach enough to be private. Wally was so helpful and knowledgeable he should run the whole complex!

Absolutely great Villa in perfect location ,right on beach.Villa is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.Close to shops ,restaurants ,and grocery store. Property Manager Wally is a great source of local information and is always available to assist with any problems. Our best ever vacation!!

Great property for relaxing and exploring the island

Well furnished condominium with great kitchen. Enjoyed the outdoor decks with a great view of the bay while listening to the waves. In a quiet area with a small grocery nearby. A bit of a long walk to restaurants but along the water. Onsite staff is great and good communication with the owner. Great staging location to drive to other points on the island.

Great location on a gorgeous beach!

My husband, three children and myself stayed at The Villas for four nights and had a wonderful time! Our accomodations were very nice and casual, perfect for our family to relax and unwind. It was incredible to be right on the beach and also to have access to a lovely pool area! Two of the highlights for our family were the outdoor shower and the comfy beds! The living room area was spacious for our family of five. Lastly, the proximity to Front Street and the restaurants was convent and fun.

A slice of paradise

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property and the unit was perfect. We strolled into town each day and loved mingling with the locals. The market across the street was very convenient and their freshly baked breads were fabulous. Wally, the local contact was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back someday.

Had a great vacation in villa 9, Its a lovely place the views are great and the poeple very friendly. Luca the owner, Gina and Jim the villa management where very friendly and helpfull.
