We are excited to share our childhood home with the world. Our Dad was a proud business owner of McGlown’s Tax Service until he retired, leaving the business to my siblings and me. Our Mom retired from Notre Dame, so it’s safe to say we are lifelong Irish fans! Being born and raised in South Bend, we have deep roots in this community, and RW’s & D’s is our second family business—a labor of love we built together to continue serving others.

We carry forward our family’s values of hard work, service, and hospitality. Our motto is “serve others first,” and we bring that mentality into every detail of your stay. Whether you’re here for a Notre Dame football game, graduation, a reunion, or just a weekend getaway, we want you to feel at home the moment you walk in.

What makes our property stand out is its rare combination of space, comfort, and entertainment. Unlike most homes in the area, we can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests across five spacious bedrooms, making it ideal for large families, reunions, and game-day groups.

The home is newly renovated and continues to grow with our guests’ feedback. Most recently, we added a second bathroom (September 2024) to make mornings easier for big groups. Every detail is designed to help our guests feel at home while enjoying modern conveniences.

Our private arcade and game room is a guest favorite, offering retro classics like Pac-Man, Street Fighter, and NFL Blitz, plus cloud gaming with access to hundreds of Xbox titles—something for every age group to enjoy.
