Custom-built alongside the Kelly Creek greenspace, this home was designed for ease and comfort - from the two provided massage chairs to the step-free, single-story floor plan.

This home is part of the Kelly Creek neighborhood of Gresham, where it backs up to Ironwood Park's native vegetation and lovely walking trails. It's an ideal location for day trips in every direction, whether you choose to explore Mt. Hood (Mt. Hood Highway is one mile west), the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area (six miles north), or Portland's fantastic restaurants, shops, and breweries (16 miles west).

The house is full of large rooms and wide halls and doorways, creating a great space to gather and relax. After a day of exploring or working remotely in the home office (with complimentary WiFi), you can stream movies on the living room's smart TV, play board games at the dining room table, or treat yourself to a personalized massage in one of the two remote-controlled chairs.

Begin each morning with coffee on the back deck overlooking the park, and end each evening in one of three bedrooms. Paired with two full bathrooms, one of which offers a shower seat and grab bars. Central air conditioning and a washer/dryer are provided as well.

Things to Know
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
