Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas!
Our gorgeous single-family home was recently renovated to deliver the best experience during your visit. Located only 15 minutes from the Strip and McCarran International Airport and 10 minutes from the busiest street in the heart of Henderson, this is the perfect home for your stay in Las Vegas. Make yourself at home! Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room.
At over 3,000 square feet of living space and over 6,000 square feet of total lot space, there is room for everyone!
We provide premium cleaning! You don't need to do any cleaning! Just please dont make too messy. NO EXTRA check out list!!!
Your safety and enjoyment in our homes is our #1 Priority.
I will be available 24/7 during your stay and if you have any concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
**KEY FEATURES AND NOTES**
-Small pets under 25 pounds are welcome!!!
-2 HDTVs
-Fully decorated and nice furniture
-150mbps Wi-Fi connectivity
-2 car garage
-Fresh linens, towels for 10 people
-Beds setup may be different from the photos.
- We will require a $150 refundable security deposit and $50 towels and linens fees sending to us via Airbnb. (Towels and linens fee are refundable too if all towels are not stained with unbleachable mark) !!! 5 STARS RATING WILL WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT!
- NO TALKING LOUDLY over at the front yard and back yard and no extra guest stay at night. Use all parking space in the garage and driver way before parking in the street. Only 12 Guests are allowed in the house (Children count as guest too). Violation will result in a $1000 fine from the City and the Security team will be called to remove all guests. IF you get complaints by neighbors by the second time, you will be removed immediately.
- Smoking is only allowed on the left side facing the property! (The palm tree side) and the mini storage room area.
- Trash container will have to be stored to the garage. We will have a co-worker come by to place the trash container into the Garage every Thursday - Friday. They will get access to the garage using a garage remote.
Other things to note
— IMPORTANT: Please read and agree to all house rules. Please also maintain the noise volume to a minimum level and respect your neighbors!
— There are 2 pantries out of service for storage use.
— Please follow the check-in and check-out time. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs when communicated 48hrs in advance. To provide the best experience for the next guest, our professional cleaning team requires a 5 hour average turnaround time.
— Backyard security cam will activate if the noise volume exceeds the City Regulation.
— Please do not use towels and bed sheet for make up, dyeing, polishing shoes or leave any unwashable stain. If we have towel stained that is none-washable, we will have to charge you. We do not want to make your room rate too high, so please kindly take care of our towels. Thank you!
