This quiet, top unit condo is the perfect location for contract workers or traveling nurses. It comes fully stocked with all the necessities and includes washer/dryer and all paid utilities. Black out curtains in the master bedroom allow for easy sleep for shift workers. Smart TV’s in master bedroom and living room allow you to log in to your own streaming accounts.
The small patio overlooks a nice green yard with mature trees. Includes one covered spot in the underground parking garage and unlimited parking outside.
The condo is 1/2 mile from a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Half a mile the other direction is unlimited access to hiking/biking trails along White Mountain. Located only 2 miles from the hospital and easy access to the freeway if you’re traveling to the mines.

*All bookings come with a complimentary cleaning once a month for up to 3 months. More frequent cleaning available for additional fees. Stays longer than 3 months will be charged an additional $50/month for cleaning.

*The condo does have an HOA. All guests will be required to sign an agreement to follow HOA rules.
