Enter into a spacious sitting area with the two oversized grey comfy chairs to the left, and the dining area to the right. Just beyond the arches is the main living area with ample seating and a view of the pool to watch your guests swim while you`re watching a movie or keep an eye on our inflatable duck!

The kitchen area is opened up to the living area with a breakfast bar with stools and a counter top. The kitchen is very large with countertop space galore. You have all your kitchen amenities with a stocked kitchen, including a crock pot, blender, drip coffee pot and much more.


- O U T D O O R S -

Who let the dogs out? Feel free to let the dogs roam in the backyard as we have a fully fenced in area for your pups. Just don`t forget to collect the landmines. For those who enjoy friendly competition we have corn hole! The pool area is screened in as well as a covered dining and lounge area. Plenty of pool toys that we hope you will help keep organized. Then don`t forget about the fire pit, please grab your own starter and wood to enjoy a safe and cozy fire.

Also we have a full laundry room and a 2 car garage that has ample beach gear!

Bedrooms - Primary is on one side of the home, while the other three are spread out on the other side of the home.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed, tv, 2 walk in closets, en suite full bathroom with soaking tub and walking shower

Bedroom 2 - King bed, tv, standard closet

Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds, tv, standard closet

Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed, tv, standard closet

Second Full Bathroom - in the hall, with a tub/shower combo

*In the primary closet we have a queen and twin blow up mattress

All of the home is available to guests, there is a locked owners closet.

Please message or call me with any questions, needed recommendations or for anything at all!

No smoking in property.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Children are to be supervised during their stay. Children should not be in or near the pool without adult present. No glass in or around the pool area.

We love welcoming pets! Dog friendly: cats are not permitted. Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s) we love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
