Other Things to Note:
-River Access-
We offer a designated pathway to the Guadalupe River, which is shared with confirmed guests of our tiny house and RV accommodations. It's a brief walk down a shared driveway, followed by a path that is fenced off from another rental property. This path leads to the riverbank, where you can descend into the water. Please be aware that this area is steep, so proceed with caution and at your own risk.
-Pet Policy-
Pets are welcome, but please refrain from allowing them on furniture and beds. Remember to bring your own pet beds, towels, and blankets. Since the yard is not enclosed, pets should not be allowed to roam freely outside; you are responsible for your pet's behavior around others. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet outdoors to ensure consideration for fellow renters. There is a pet fee of $20 per pet, which we request to be paid in cash upon checkout or arranged through a payment method. Additional charges may apply if we discover that your pet was on the furniture or beds, if the area is left excessively messy due to your pet, or if any damage occurs to the property.
-Linens & Towels-
Fresh, clean bed linens are supplied for every bed. Additionally, we will provide towels for bathing and showering. Please note that towels are not permitted for use at the river, so be sure to bring your own beach towels for after your outdoor water activities.
-Ice & Water-
The RV shares a communal water well with the surrounding area. Some guests have expressed concerns about the taste of the tap water, so we recommend bringing your own drinking water. Please note that no ice is included with the rental.
-Paper Products-
At the beginning of your stay, we supply a standard and adequate amount of toilet paper and paper towels. Depending on the size of your group and the duration of your visit, it's wise to plan ahead for any extra paper products you may require.
-Televisions-
A television is available in the living room, equipped with Roku. You're invited to log into your personal streaming accounts.
-Grill-
A charcoal grill is provided, but you'll need to bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighter. (Please note that county burn bans do not apply to outdoor grilling.)
-Fire Pit-
You are required to bring your own firewood for the fire pit. Please note that campfires are prohibited during a county burn ban. Be sure to check the current status of the burn ban on the Comal County website.
-Dumpster-
A dumpster can be found at the end of the driveway, close to the road. Guests are required to dispose of all trash from the house prior to their departure.
-Noise-
There is a possibility of noise coming from the neighboring campground, as they occasionally host weekend events and concerts.
-Large Groups-
I have several properties located next to each other at this site. If you're traveling with friends, feel free to explore our other listings by clicking on my host profile picture.
-Pest Control-
We are situated in a rural area surrounded by many trees, so encountering insects is typical for a rental in this environment. However, please rest assured that we maintain a consistent schedule of quarterly pest control to manage any bug issues.
-Picture Representation-
Images may depict previous decor and furnishings, including outdoor seating areas. When items are lost or damaged, we strive to replace them with similar pieces as promptly as possible. Some replacements may take place in the following season.
