When you stay at this home, you'll have full access to the entire property. Prior to your arrival, you'll receive a unique access code for the keyless entry system at the front door, making check-in easy and hassle-free!

~Maximum Occupancy & Property Use~
The maximum occupancy for this home is 14 guests: 10 adults and 4 children.

~Beach & Property Liability~
*The beach is public, and we are not responsible for any limitations or circumstances that may disrupt usage of the beach or water.
*Please note that our home is not our primary residence, so we may not be fully aware of events or circumstances that could affect your stay. We are not responsible for anything beyond the property’s boundaries, including weather conditions, city-owned beaches or roads, or events and crowds that may disrupt your stay.
*No refunds will be issued for such disruptions.

~Pest & Wildlife Disclaimer~
*The home is on a routine pest and insect maintenance schedule, but this does not guarantee guests will not encounter insects or wildlife during their stay. Any such encounter is not grounds for a refund.

~Pool Rules~
*Swim at your own risk.
*No jumping or diving into the pool, and no running or horseplay around or in the pool.
*No glass of any kind is permitted outside, on the pool deck, or in the pool.
*Do not climb on trees or play in the fountain near the front entry.

There is a $35 per day charge to heat the pool, which will be collected prior to raising the temperature.

~Grill Use~
Guests are responsible for providing propane or charcoal for the grills during the rental period. We provide a propane tank, but we cannot monitor its levels. If the tank runs out, you can refill it at Ace Hardware on San Marco Ave.

~Pet Rules~
*Dogs must be healthy and up to date on rabies and DHPP vaccinations (Distemper, Adenovirus (Hepatitis), Parainfluenza, Parvovirus). Dogs must be flea and tick free and current on preventive treatments.
*Dogs must always be on a leash when outside the property. Guests should not leave dogs unattended unless they are crated. A crate can be provided upon request.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up all dog waste (bags will be provided).
*Furniture covers are provided for pet use. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas unless the covers are in use.
*As responsible pet owners, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by their dog or suffered by anyone during their stay.
