Thank you so much for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the condo overall and appreciated the cleanliness and beautiful views! Regarding the A/C, our records show that the system was functioning prior to your arrival, but unfortunately, there was a building-wide outage that evening. As soon as we were notified, our maintenance team responded quickly and installed a portable unit to help make things more comfortable. Per the HOA, the A/C was repaired later that night by the building’s maintenance team. Unfortunately, the system went out again the following morning due to the same issue, but it was repaired within a few hours. Since this affected multiple units in the building, we were relying on updates from the HOA, who informed us that it was functioning properly that night. We didn’t hear back from you until the next day, so we weren’t aware there were any continued concerns. We completely understand how uncomfortable this must have been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’d be happy to discuss this further and see how we can make things right. Thank you so much, Shaunna, for this great review! Your recommendation on the guest book is spot on. I have them in our other condos and I love to read every entry. This is the only condo I hadn’t got to put a guest book in. I do send out the restaurant recommendations via email, but you are right that most guest will put their favorite restaurants in the guest book which I have have even gotten some good food recommendations from. Growing up there was always a guest book in every house we stayed in and I would love reading through them as a kid, so it was the first thing I bought in the other condos. I will for sure get a guest book in Deja Blue next time we are down. It was great talking with you and I hope to have you back soon! Ami🌴

We do always have at least one in their, but unfortunately kitchen items are broken alot and guests just discard them without letting us know so that we can replace this.
