Cute and cozy 2 bedroom cottage getaway with beautiful views of the lake from back deck. You have direct access to Lake Koshkonong with just a short walk down the gravel path where there is 40 feet of lake frontage with a deck platform, fire pit, and picnic table. Canoe is provided for guest use.

Just a few houses down from Sunset Bar & Grill and a short walk to North Shore Chop House. This gem is located right off of Highway 26 and just minutes from downtown Fort Atkinson. Snowmobile trail access across the road, and across the lake!

It is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with a cute living room (couch has full size pull out bed), kitchen, and 3 season sunroom. Great deck out back with views of the Lake. There is wifi available for free use as well.

Concrete pad with 2 parking stalls in the front of the house. There is additional parking pad behind the house if needed.

Other things to note;
Lake Koshkonong is a very large but shallow. Water levels fluctuate and the shoreline has a sandy muck bottom. Not ideal for swimming with young children. Depending on water levels and wind conditions, adults that are willing to venture about 100 yards off shore will find a more sandy bottom and about 3 feet of water. A lot of pleasure boaters take advantage of the large and expansive body of water. Depending on wind levels, recent weather and some seasonal bug hatches, the water quality can vary from day to day, week to week. There are some beach type areas around the lake but the most popular ones would require a motorized watercraft to gain access.
