We do not allow any parties or gatherings or celebrations. No loud music. We have quiet hours after 9pm. Absolutely no weed, smoking or hookah anywhere on the premises. Pet fee applies -$125

This house is located on a landmarked street -all homes were built in 1890!! With this we ask that you are very gentle with the house plumbing. Although our plumbing is fully updated, the city plumbing that connects to the house is over 100 years old we ask that you do not throw ANYTHING into the toilet, even toilet paper when not completely necessary. A sewer backup is not fun during your stay!
