Two different ski lifts are within a quarter-mile stroll of this recently updated townhome in Breckenridge, beautifully positioned with a view of the mountains and valley. Spend your days skiing, snowboarding, or hiking the surrounding peaks, and your evenings unwinding in your very own hot tub.
This three-story townhouse enjoys a prime location for mountain sports, with a shuttle stop across the street. Stroll a quarter-mile up the road to meet up with the Snowflake Lift and Trailhead, or head a quarter-mile down the road to find the Beaver Run Base Area. The shops, restaurants, and breweries of downtown Breckenridge are easily accessible as well, with Main Street within a half-mile walk.
This home is special year-round, offering three stories of deck space to enjoy in summer as well as a gas fireplace to curl up next to all winter. The main living area is lofty and open, bringing together a sleek kitchen (with stainless steel appliances, including an in-island range), a dining room for family dinners and board games, and a living room for movie nights on the smart TV.
The decks each have their unique uses - a balcony off the primary suite that's perfect for morning coffee, a main-floor deck with a gas grill for summer barbecues, and a lower-level deck that shelters the hot tub. At night, you'll find a dedicated workspace and a smart TV in the primary suite, a bonus lounge space in the loft, and both a guest room and a bunk room on the bottom floor.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Guests have access to the upper village pool and hot tub. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice place for 3 friends to enjoy on a quick ski trip. Short walk to the lifts. Accommodations were excellent. Fortunately, we had an intermediate SUV as a large SUV would not be able to fit into the rather small garage. Otherwise everything was perfect and no issues.

Spacious and comfortable
Spacious condo that fit four adults and four kids 10-13. Very convenient location, both to get downtown and hike in the mountains. Also close to a gondola stop. Jacuzzi was lovely. And so helpful to have a dining room table and couch that actually.fit 8 people. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Breckenridge Condo!
We stayed in this condo for a week and loved every minute. The condo is a 10 minute walk to the heart of town. It is exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. It’s spacious and works very well for a family. The WiFi worked well and the laundry was a plus. We visited in August and had no need for fans (though we kept the windows open at night for cool air). We would definitely stay again!

Nice, but……..
The home was clean and location was fine. Parking not good. Only a mini could fit in garage. Beds may be the worst I have ever slept on. Invest in some mattress upgrades. Not all pillows had pillow cases. Curtains need to cover windows properly. Curtains in master were broken, may want to provide sleep masks because so many windows had no coverings. Need another frying pan in kitchen and supply some plastic wrap and tin foil.

The size of the garage available for guest parking is not something we can adjust, unfortunately. We understand that bed comfort is subjective and we are sorry to hear it did not provide a comfortable night of rest. This is the first complaint we have received in regards to the beds being uncomfortable and we appreciate your feedback as an area to improve upon in the future. We will send maintenance to look at the window coverings in the master bedroom. Your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies will be shared with the owner. We encourage guests to plan on bringing any items not explicitly listed as an amenity that are necessary for their trip. Breckenridge stay November 2023
First, the home is beautiful and the pictures are accurate. Our stay was disrupted by several avoidable errors. The wifi did not work due to a clerical error in the password that was sent to us resulting in 3 days without wifi. The home did not have a heating console to control the temps. It was freezing. We travel all over the country and are used to an ample starter kit of cleaning products to care for the home and its appliances and cookware. We were surprised to find zero dishwashing tabs, no hand soap (other than a bar of soap) and limited washer/dryer amenities to care for the home.

Thank you for your review, Meloni. We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to receiving the wrong Wi-Fi information. This was the first reservation at this home and the information that we were provided was inaccurate, the correct credentials were relayed as soon as the owner provided it to us. To clarify, the heat in the home works fine and there is also a fireplace available for additional heat. We thank you for calling in and notifying us that there were not enough dishwashing tablets and other amenities and we notified the HK contractor immediately and the supplies were delivered to the home. Vacasa supplies a starter supply of items for each guest but guests are expected to buy any remaining supplies that are needed during there stay.

Cute place close to Beaver Run and The Villiage
The location was perfect for our stay. It was a quick 3 minute driver to the Village and Beaver Run.The rooms were all as shown and worked out nicely for the family (two couples, 3 kids). Communication was initially good but then shifted and whomever was responding did not answer direct questions. The listing says there is a spot for 2 cars but there is a garage that fits 1 car and then we decided to park right out front (due to other condos doing this). However, two days before leaving the neighbor, who made sure to let me know that he owned his condo, said that where we were parking is not a spot. There wouldn't be any other option to park otherwise so the listing needs to be either updated or the second spot clarified. Other positives were there was a nice fire place, kitchen to cook and some snacks. Overall the aesthetic actually looked much better in person than in the listing pictures.We would stay again if the parking was clarified or if we only had 1 car.
